Amazing customer service!!
I ordered a replacement leather strap for one of my timepieces. I chose a brown leather strap with contrasting white stitching. Unfortunately the strap I received had matching stitching. I opened the package late in the evening as I was getting home from work. I decided to just shoot a quick email to the team and figured I’d hear back in the next couple days. Well, Marc himself replied to me within about 5 minutes!!! He explained what may have happened and told me he would have a solution soon and to standby. I had a quick dinner, went to bed. Got up the next morning to a follow up email from Marc in which he simply stated “sorry for the miscommunication- the correct strap is shipping out today!! He treated me like I had just purchased one of his most expensive timepieces when in all actuality, I purchased one of the most affordable replacement straps. All I could say was “Wow!! Marc is great at handling issues”

I’m not really in the market at the moment but I’m gonna find a reason to purchase something else very soon.
