Contacted Marc & and team about a problem I had with watch and recently purchased LIW band falling off my wrist. Suspected spring bar issue - looking for confirmation. After discussions, bought new spring bars - everything good. Even though this was a minimal $ inquiry and purchase, Marc and team was very responsive.

The actual color of the band and face were not as displayed in the online post. I am returning the watch. The fault is not yours and I'd give you another shot in a minute. You were very easy to deal with and the watch arrived in mint condition very shortly after placing my order. Sometimes the online photography just isn't up to snuff. Thanks so much, David

I ordered a replacement leather strap for one of my timepieces. I chose a brown leather strap with contrasting white stitching. Unfortunately the strap I received had matching stitching. I opened the package late in the evening as I was getting home from work. I decided to just shoot a quick email to the team and figured I’d hear back in the next couple days. Well, Marc himself replied to me within about 5 minutes!!! He explained what may have happened and told me he would have a solution soon and to standby. I had a quick dinner, went to bed. Got up the next morning to a follow up email from Marc in which he simply stated “sorry for the miscommunication- the correct strap is shipping out today!! He treated me like I had just purchased one of his most expensive timepieces when in all actuality, I purchased one of the most affordable replacement straps. All I could say was “Wow!! Marc is great at handling issues”

I’m not really in the market at the moment but I’m gonna find a reason to purchase something else very soon. I did have an issue with USPS, I received a spam email advising that my package was not going to get delivered to the address I had listed, and I needed to contact a third-party email address to verify my information. “Not happening”, my watch arrived the next day and I was easily able to track it from the tracking email Long Island Watch provided upon purchase.

The ISL-127 is a beautiful watch and the movement as tested has a very low beat error and high accuracy. It feels great on the wrist and with the 38mm case does not seem too small as I once thought. It's my second Islander and I should have purchased it last year.
