Obeying all the Pandemic guidelines currently, face masks required for entry but one seated, made be lowered for eating and drinking. Good selection of tap beers including a few locals but almost all bottle brands as well. Knowledgeable seasoned bartenders are friendly and know the names of regulars and their orders. The kitchen has daily specials in addition to tried and true standards like their low cost freshly cooked hamburgers. Lots of activity going on outside, but the indoor space doesn't really have much seating at all, so don't come here with a group unless you plan to be outdoors. Had a sampler of beer to-go and the variety was excellent, price was reasonable for NY. We need to return when we have time to spend. - Jennifer C2 contributionsI hosted happy hour/welcome drinks for family and friends spending the weekend in Montauk for my wedding last weekend. Lynn could not have been more gracious. The cocktails are delicious and the hula hut itself is super cute with a great island vibe. Definitely a spot to check out when you’re looking for a laid back, chill atmosphere. The next night we met relatives from Jersey and did not regret returning. Great food, good wine and beer choices. - GDiggitiesLong Island, NY52 contributionsCame for lunch to see the new remodel. Place looks awesome. Had the lobster roll which was pricey but typical for fresh lobster roll. It had only a bit of mayo, celery and probably some light seasoning. They let the lobster shine and it was terrific. The toasted bun was great too. Definitely worth the splurge. It was plenty big and filling. My partner had the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was just ok.
