LSBU's Student Life Centre advisors can provide friendly advice and support to all our students on a wide range of non-academic issues, including:
• Fees and funding
• Financial issues
• Disability and Dyslexia Support
• Mental Health and Wellbeing
• ID cards
• Student letters (including student status and council tax exemption)
• Student railcards (including 18+ Oyster Card and 16-25 Railcard)
• Withdrawal and Interruption of studies.
If you have a non-academic query that doesn’t appear in the list above, don’t worry! We will do our best to help and can signpost to other services if appropriate.
You can use online chat to get advice or, if you're a current LSBU student, you can log in to your MyAccount to send an enquiry. We’ll make sure that your question gets to the right team to help you.

If you would like to speak to us in person, our helpdesk is based at the Student Life Centre (Borough Road). Our opening hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 10am-5pm Friday.
