DIRTIEST NEIGHBORHOOD EVER. PEOPLE ARE SO GROSS. I constantly see people spitting, digging their nose like there's gold in there and disgusting disgusting streets. I HATE IT HERE. This is the worst neighborhood I ever lived in. GROW SOME MANNERS AND STOP BEING SO DISGUSTING! I don't want to be touched by your spit or have your boogers get on my clothing!!!!
There are plenty of businesses. That being said, I'm not sure if there are many job openings. Transportation is a little slow as evidenced by passengers' long lines. I mainly go there for my instrument's maintenance, but it's so hard to go around the walkers while also carrying an instrument.
It is a very safe neighborhood with a welcoming environment for all. There are many food options around and the community is heavily influenced by Asian culture.
