    Mall/Casino/Costco all right there
Casino right there near the mall. Beautiful resort like. Plenty of food options and a hotel. Good selections of slots. Bad part was the lack Of help at the rewards desk on a Friday night. The supervisor came to help done high rollers but then just went back In the office. Lost lots of valuable time there. Do t know if I'll be back cause we were in to see a Navy football game. But I would recommend to people who pass by.

First and Last Bad experience at the LIVE CASINO
In my lifetime, I have been to hundreds of casinos. My first experience here was not very good. The LIVE casino is a very nice casino, however, they allow people to hold machines without any money in the machines, by just turning the chairs around. At one point, there was one person holding 5 machines. Since I'm new to the casino, I was oblivious to their protocol/etiquette and I saw an unoccupied slot machine with no money credits in it, so I sat down. After 20 minutes of playing, as soon as the machine started spitting out money, this woman approached me, and insisted that she owned the machine. She made a scene and practically pushed me off the chair. I'm a senior citizen and I don't have to deal with this allowable hostile type of behavior, especially during busy times. In other casinos, turning chairs is a major safety hazard. Needless to say, I'll probably never return to that casino.

The amazing ladies at the hotel!
I had a great experience with the ladies at the front desk of the hotel! They always welcome us and it feels great knowing that I will see these ladies smiling and laughing with us. Sydney checked me in and Mrs. Carolyn Travers always asks me if I need anything. They are very polite. Finally, Mrs Rossiland Rogers was there and she remembered us from previous times that we stayed and even asked about my trip to Greece! These ladies are a big reason why we continue to come here.

    Wedding Weekend
Dropped in for a wedding weekend and Ms Carolyn of bell service came to the rescue before I could touch a door handle. She assured me she had everything covered and was attentive to be sure I had a handoff for the next usher. Great service and up for any task to be sure your first experience at Live is a welcome.

A nice stay and we had fun
I will admit that after reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about this property and the staff. However, we were intent upon seeing Fluffy at the event center there @ Live, so it seemed the appropriate choice to stay at the property (we were coming in from out of state). In short, we had a very nice time. We enjoyed David's Restaurant and the lounge entertainment, as well as the hotel itself. The guestroom was spacious and modern. Overall, we found the facilities clean and an attentive staff. Yes - we had fun and it was a good get-away. We did not spend time in the casino, so no comment on it.

The hotel is convenient to the casino and mall, which is a short walk away. However, the Hotel is on the pricey side for what you get. it is nice, new and clean, but in the end, it is a place to lay your head, for a premium price.

The Casino has various food choices, but to the casual diner, again, it is a bit pricey

Maryland Live Casino I’ll start with the good. Size of Casino great for a stand along casino, lots of slots and number of decent table games. Enough variety of eateries restaurants and bars. However, the slots seating is worn and old and not in need of serious replacement! I mean raggedy! Not comfortable sitting in the chairs at the slot machines because they look like they need to be replaced and debris makes me worry about bugs. Also the flooring around the slots is filthy ppl eating at slot machines made me think 🤔 there’s something wrong with the restaurants seating?? Also we played over $500 on slots in their High limit and not one single bonus much less on the floor- slots seem way to tight but they advertise 91.1% payout??? Is that accumulating all slots and tables games because clearly they are not paying out that on various machines. There’s no good giveaways either the management of rewards clearly have zero interest in marketing so I’d recommend other casinos in the state.

I really like playing at Live because it is convenient and I feel safe in the environment, especially during Covid but many of the promotions do not begin at the "off peak" hours, which would allow players to maximize safety when patronizing the casino.

Please change this. There's hardly anyone there during the early morning hours and players should know that they reap the rewards of promotions during these times as well.

The absolute worst visit ever!

Beautiful hotel with subpar service. When we arrived at 4:30 to check into our room, it was being cleaned. The concierge stated that they would contact us once our room was ready. Which was supposed to take one hour. We hadn't gotten a call by 7:30. So we returned to the check-in desk. The concierge stated that they had forgotten to call us, but the room is ready.

This casino's employees are extremely unprofessional. None of them are aware of anything. When looking for information, avoid asking the floor staff because they know absolutely nothing and will tell you that whatever you're asking them about is not part of their job. This occurred several times. The staff, along with the floor managers, were sitting around chatting while in the clock. Ridiculous! The sports club restaurant hostess was impolite. The hostess was conversing with other staff members, and he never asked if we wanted to be seated. After waiting 3-4 mins we asked the busboy where the hostess was, he said this is him stand beside me. We asked to be seated, he didn’t respond and kept talking with the busboy. As a result, we left.

In addition, to that bad experience the ATM cash out machine took my ticket but did not give me my money. When I asked a nearby worker about the machine, he said he didn't know how to fix it. So I asked another employee, who said it wasn't part of her job description, but she'd find someone to assist me. After 40 minutes, no one had arrived to repair the machine. I waited another 15 minutes before I asked another employee, then 5 mins later someone came to help me.

The Live employee should be written up or terminated. I'm not going back to this casino, and I'm definitely telling my friends not to go there. The trip to the casino isn't worth it. I'm returning to Texas and will drive 45 minutes to Shreveport to play at Ceaser Horse Shoe. They have professionals on staff.

I was looking to have some fun on the Blackjack tables, but couldn’t locate any $5 or $10 tables. We only saw $15 on up...no thanks. We decided to hit the slots and started out on the nickel slots...ate my $5 up in 2 plays bc the rules/buttons were confusing. I pushed the button to get serviced and they came to see what’s what and then he opened machine up, pulled up info on the screen n showed me what happened n that was that. My $5 was gone and he didn’t bother to give me a credit in good faith or whatever and then we played the penny slots for a few minutes.... then stopped n just enjoyed the free soda n ice machine while walking around exploring. We decided to get out of there and go to Dave & Buster’s instead. I didn’t have the fun I planned on having. I would’ve been ok had I saw any $5 or $10 Blackjack tables.

Customer service was poor from Casino host and Customer relations. I arrived and my hotel reservation was not made by by casino host. I got to host office to talk with anyone to get service. The Casino Host on duty said it’s nothing I can do you just have to talk to your host and that’s it. He was extremely RUDE. This is my 3rd bad experience with MGM Casio Host. If you don’t appreciate the money I spend to pay your salary I don’t need to go the that establishments. I have sent in emails complaining to customer care no changes. This is unacceptable. The Host on duty look at my skin color and my clothing to make his judgment with out my opening my mouth. This type of behavior in today’s society is unacceptable. This goes against the Diversity and Inclusion MGM Casino say the practice.

I've been to Maryland Live on several occasions and enjoyed it each and every time. I found the casino to be exciting, and the staff very friendly. The game I enjoy most is Blackjack, however I wish they had more $10 minimum tables available. Occasionally I see one, but most of the time there aren't any. As a retiree with a limited income, I always arrive "Prepared to Lose" -- I just wish it took a little longer to do so. How about giving old timers like me a bit more time to enjoy losing. You'll still get your money. It'll just take a little longer. Now that would be a WIN WIN!

Ever since re-opening, slot machines don’t pay.

The place is filthy, machines are not wiped down, no one responds to service calls, there are no servers with beverages, and there’s no place to buy decent food. The floor is very tight to move around. Although some machines are turned off, it’s very tight to walk around and sit at a machine.

You’ll be amazed at your profit and loss statement. It’s tracked if you use rewards cards.

Most of the reward machines were broken, not enough wipes around, and hand sanitizers were empty. Line at rewards was very long with limited staff. There’s no separate line for people with disabilities who can’t stand for long periods.

On one visit, I asked one of the the floor managers to provides chairs in various areas for seniors to rest when not playing. He yelled at me and my 80 year old mother and said our comfort was not their concern.

So, I say play somewhere else, and leave you credit cards and checks at home.

My wife and I travel to casino live often from North Carolina. We have been to multiple casinos across the USA and casino live is one of our favorites. We usually come back with profit as well and I like the idea of the giant and junior jackpots. All of the dealers are nice and some of them even remember us even if it’s months between our visits. The only downside is that the hotel rooms are a little on the expensive side and they don’t offer complimentary hotels, or atleast we haven’t been offered one. Overall this is a great casino and I highly recommend it.

Rewards members barely get any perks and you’re spending more money. Recent “Spin & Win Mystery Reveal” only gave out $5 in free slot play.
Not worth The trip there. All the good slot games that were there pre-Covid have been removed. Only games left are non-favorites with low payouts.
