To whom it may concern: I would like to make it very clear that we are at your Pittsburgh Live casino multiple times a week and have never had any issues with any employees, but tonight Alex K ruined our night. While playing in the high limit room like we always do - we wanted to play $25 double diamond deluxe but there was a lady that was sitting next to that machine (she was not playing this particular machine, had no money in it, but had her players card in this machine). Per Alex K she was “holding” that machine, and made it appoint to say she plays all kinds of machines in there.. excuse me but so do we. Normal casinos don’t let you just hold the machine next to you by just having your card in it with no money. So I said she has no money in there I’ve been playing in here all night and watching her, he proceeded to say we’ll keep watching. Then I went up to him again to ask if I have my card in a machine to hold it while playing at another one would that be ok.. he stated well she is a jade card holder she can hold whatever machine she wants.. and asked very rudely if I was a jade card holder too. Obviously none of his business what level card holder I am I frequent your casino and donate thousands of dollars a week. No employee of your casino should speak to any paying customer the way he spoke with me tonight. Very unprofessional / very disrespectful- he needs to be fired. I will be contacting the corporate office. He stated Shawn Sullivan was the general manager.. I would like to speak to the CEO and or the president of this company. This is entirely unacceptable!

Very clean, non smoking which is nice, let us play for quite awhile before losing which is way more than I can say for other PA and WV casinos.
Plexiglass between machines, man wiping machines down, hand sanitizing machines thru out, everyone wearing masks. Machines to get your own player's card or you can get them at the desk. Then take your card to another machine to see how much free play they gave you. I got $10 everyone else $15. Food discounts for seniors, veterans, teachers, essential workers on certain days. We ate at Guy Fieri's very good, huge portions, good service. Actually all of the staff at the casino were very nice and helpful. We went on a Wednesday late morning/early afternoon and it was pretty busy already. Will definitely return.

Went to New Year's Eve party and brought 14 friends which I recommended to go and they spent a ton at the Casino also. We were so disappointed at the upstairs New Year's Eve party as the music was beyond loud and you couldn't even talk, plus they had inadequate seating. They could have put at least 10 more tables and chairs in the room but I guess they need their customers to bring their own seats because they couldn't afford more. I just got a double knee replacement in September and had to stand for 4 hours. I ask personnel to help only to be ignored. I will never ever even consider this nightmare again.

When my wife and I first started going to Live Casino, we would actually see or hear of someone winning a few thousand dollars. However, on our last 3 monthly visits, there was no one winning more than a few hundred dollars. The winning per centage is so small, and machines is so tight that you have to spin 20 to 30 times to hit anything. There is absolutely no question, the system is now rigged to rob you when you go in.

This casino is too small with players stacked around tables with no seats. The wait for slot machines is not much better. The slots are like the casinos in the rest of PA tight. Save your money walk around the mall.

first ever review after over 40 years of casino visits
my wife and I go 2 to 3 times a week. only gold cars holders, not high rollers.
all the kieose machines down,not recording your play. talked to the players
club managers, Conner & a young lady, did not get her name. Long lines everywhere.
According to them I did not have the 400 points for the free play, when i did not
accept there answer. I was told if I didn't like it not to play there, They were
very rude about it, and they then walked away. As seniors we were insulted.
Also be careful when you try to cash a ticket. The cash out machines will ask you to
donate your change to charity. the touch screens are terrible.
, It might go to one or both charities, or whatever.
everything else is just average.

We had a good time. All the games are new since the casino just opened. A game beside us wasn't working properly and we hit the attendant button to be fixed. The staff would walk up and shut the button off without doing anything. The 2nd time this happened I told someone what the problem was, but he didn't try to fix it but said thanks. Third time I told the fellow the same thing, it won't take any money and no one will fix it. He said he would, but wasn't able to... we moved on by then. Staff may need some more training and experience. But we still had fun.

Slots are not much fun as they're weighted WAY in favor of the casino. Winning even a little is very rare. Other casinos seem better.
They recently enlarged the areas where smoking is permitted. OH GREAT - more smoke. By now everyone knows 2nd hand smoke is unhealthy so there you have it.

Went here for my 21st birthday with my family. It was a fun time and I do plan on going again someday. If you sign up with them, they give you a card with a limit of $20 on it so you don’t have to spend your own money until you run out of that. They also give you a t shirt if it’s your birthday.

Casino has nice newer games. Don't expect to get anything to eat there. No place to grab a quick bite. Planned on trying one of the 2 restaurants. 1st one by 7pm had a 2 hr and 40 minute wait. They said takeout was available but there was no place to sit to eat. Went back at 10:45 to see if we could get in. They said they were closed for the night at 11pm. Didn't go to the other one they said at least an hour wait upstairs. No free coffee or soft drink center. If you go strictly for gambling it is nice just not a great place to go for a nice night out.
