Casino & Hotel opened to the public on Feb. 4, 2021. The $600 million, 510,000-square-foot property features a luxury, 12-story, 208-room Live! Hotel, several dining, bar, and entertainment options, a six-room Event Center, and access to parking with an attached multi-level structured parking facility and adjacent surface parking. 

The casino includes more than 2,100 gaming machines, 150 table games, a 29-table dedicated poker room, and a state-of-the-art FanDuel sportsbook. 

Partners in the destination casino in the Stadium District of Philadelphia include The Cordish Cos., developers of the  XFinity Live! entertainment complex just to the south. Other nearby places of interest include the home of the Philadelphia Eagles - Lincoln Financial Field, as well as the Wells Fargo Center arena, home of the Philadelphia Flyers.
