I really expected to be more disappointed with this album than I was. I knew I liked "Down on the Border" featured on their American issue Greatest Hits, but I found most of these songs quite listenable. Good guitar work and good harmonies and decent songwriting propel the album and keep it interesting. Initial favorites upon listening were "No More Tears", "The Danger Sign" and "Sleepless Nights". The title track was pretty good as well.

The first three songs start the album off well, but after that it goes into some formulaic music that doesn't add much. "We two" is a really good song, sung in the classic LRB style.

The track "We Two" makes this album worth having. Also, it was the last LRB album to get any airplay.

One of the best LRB albums to be released, and also one of the most overlooked. John Farnham is in best voice, and the harmonies (with John, Beeb, Wayne, and Graham) are quite phenomenal... Besides one or two "filler" type tracks, there's not a "boring" song on the album!

This is quite good. Easy pop music with John Farnham singing very good.
Some fillers, but some very nice songs.
