Hello! I'm looking for metal bands with female vocals. But vocals that are on the higher side or even have a bit of "cute" sounding timbre, and vocalists that do screams, growls, etc. Think of Poppy--she's a perfect example of what I'm looking for. So, not really power or symphonic metal bands, with vocalists who do operatic vocals (like Nightwish), but more alternative, metalcore, and similar.

Jinjer, their singer's got quite a range ... and growls as well. But her typical voice is not high pitched but still a great vocalist. Jinjer's music is metalcore besides other things.
Lover Jinjer! I've only checked out one album and some other songs here and there from them before. I'll prob give them more of a listen soon. I agree she's a great vocalist, even if not high pitched. Thanks for reminding me of them.
