  LCMcBritches, I assume you'r referring to my post - why is it "uncalled for" to wonder whether OP means Indian as in from India or Indian as is Native American? If his nationality really makes a difference to her regarding the spelling of his name, it would help to know exactly what nationality that is... "Indian" is pretty ambiguous.

  I like Dylan in general, but if you have a traditionally Indian (from India, I'm guessing?) last name, maybe Dhilan would look better?
