It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possession of brains must be in want of more brains. Never was this truth more plain than during the recent attacks at Netherfield Park, in which a household of eighteen was slaughtered and consumed by a horde of the living dead.

ONE — BLOG CONTENT. I am extremely selective due to my full-time job that has inconsistent hours. I will only follow you back if I can see us interacting. Since this blog is a sideblog to my main account, you will be notified that saviourisms has followed you.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is Lizzie's main verse but will have verses within the classic novel. All adaptations of Pride and Prejudice will be canon to this muse based on the verse or thread. Please don't be confused if you see multiple fcs as I will reblog various gif and photo sets. Lily James will be the main fc used for threads.

I have zero tolerance for hate. Just... don't do it? If I see hate of any kind, I will unfollow you. The same can also be said for vague posts as it just screams negativity to me.

If you are inactive for more than 3 months without announcing some sort of a hiatus, etc., I will have to unfollow your blog. However, if you come back after that and want to continue our thread, just say the word and I will follow you back.

NO GOD-MODDING.

I like an organized dash and ask that you cut your replies. And if you want to make a meme into a thread, I ask that you move it to a new text post.

I am slow as molasses. The waiting period will either go from five minutes to five months before I can get around to replies. Please don't rush me about a reply to our threads. If you're wanting to know what happened to my reply, chances are it is buried in my likes, drafts, or queued. You're welcome to ask me about it and I will let you know. :)

I am MUTUALS ONLY. This goes for memes and starters I post. I get extremely uncomfortable when non-mutuals try to interact with me in some way.

OOC conversations are very important to me. I like creating friendships with the people I write with so don't be afraid to reach out if you want to talk about say... cats, dogs, books, musicals... I will be happy to oblige! Discord is available to my mutuals as well.

TWO — THREADS. While I will never ask you to match my length, I ask that you give me something more than one or two sentences to work with.

I tend to drop threads on occasion. It usually happens if I don’t know where to take it or no longer have the muse for it. Please understand that dropping threads is all for my own sanity and nothing personal at all. I will always be open to plotting if both sides reach a moment where replies become difficult.

I tend to always reply with small text and prefer icons. If you can’t read my small text, just let me know and I will keep the basic text for you.

Please practice proper grammar and punctuation when replying. I’m known to have typos myself so I’m not a huge stickler regarding this. However, I can tell when people are being lazy with their writing, which will make me want to unfollow and lose interest in the thread.

THREE — REASONS WHY I WILL UNFOLLOW:

  • Again… GODMODDING. This should be obvious.
  • Again… NOT CUTTING POSTS. Please move memes into a new post if you want to continue it and cut your posts. I like a clean and organized dash.
  • FORCING ME INTO A SHIP. I love shipping but please don’t force a ship on me. Elizabeth is heterosexual.
  • NSFW MATERIAL. If you post highly graphic nsfw posts (i.e. gifs and images) detailing the physical act and fail to tag your nsfw, I will unfollow you immediately. I will reblog various graphics but I don’t do well when it’s extremely graphic. If you have a similar concern with me, please note that my nsfw related images/graphics are on the more aesthetically pleasing side. I try not to post explicit images.
  • **Any nsfw related thread will not happen with muns under eighteen years of age.**

FOUR — TAGGING & TRIGGERS. The occasional nsfw graphic or thread will pop up here so I will tag such post accordingly for you to blacklist. The tags that I will use for threads will be ;; nothing but our love ( NSFW ). Any graphics I reblog will be tagged as ;; wishes and wants ( DESIRES ).

I really don’t have triggers aside from incest. Other triggers will be tagged as trigger tw. If I forget to tag a trigger for you, please let me know and I will correct it immediately.

FIVE — FORMATTING & SPEED. When sending in a meme, please let me know which character it is for somewhere in your message. I will feel less inclined to answer it unless I know you want a specific muse.

Again, I am a full-time photographer, so please don’t rush me for replies if I haven’t replied to you. I can range from very fast to very slow as it depends on what the muse is wanting. I also have another blog and a life outside of Tumblr.

SIX — CREDIT. Unless otherwise stated, all icons and edits I use are from various web searches.

Elizabeth Bennet is the main female protagonist of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. She is the second of the Bennet daughters, and is intelligent, lively, playful, attractive, and witty—but with a tendency to judge on first impression . At the beginning of the film, Elizabeth appears alongside her four sisters who have all been trained in the "Deadly Arts" in China to fight the Zombie Apocalypse.

At the beginning of the book while at the Netherfield party she is refereed to very pretty and agreeable by Mr. Bingley. Later on Mr. Darcy "...was forced to acknowledge her figure to be light and pleasing, and her arms suprisingly muscular, though not so much to diminish her femininity." In the film, she is portrayed by actress Lily James and has dark curly brown hair and brown eyes.

psych stats here!

"...they are silly and ignorant like their mother, the exception that being Lizzy, who has something more of a killer instinct that her sister." - Mr. Bennet

The story takes place in early-19th-century England where a zombie plague has spread across the country. Those affected are called the "stricken", "sorry stricken", "un-dead", "unmentionables", or "zombies".

The protagonist of the story is Miss Elizabeth Bennet, a young woman living with her parents and four sisters. Mr. Bennet drills his daughters in martial arts and weapons training, moulding them into capable zombie-fighters. Meanwhile, Mrs. Bennet endeavours to obtain for them wealthy and high-status husbands. Seeing an opportunity to achieve her goal, Mrs. Bennet sends her daughters to a local ball where a wealthy bachelor, Charles Bingley, is expected to make an appearance. At the ball, Mr. Bingley and the eldest Bennet daughter, Jane, make a connection in the midst of a chaotic zombie attack. During this time, Elizabeth meets Fitzwilliam Darcy, Mr. Bingley's closest friend and a noted zombie killer.

As time passes, Mr. Bingley and Jane become more acquainted with one another. However, this companionship leaves the Bennet girls confused when Mr. Bingley and company suddenly abandon Netherfield Park. When the local militia arrives in town to exhume and destroy dead bodies, Elizabeth becomes friendly with one of the soldiers, George Wickham, who claims that Darcy cheated him of an inheritance.

Elizabeth's dislike for Darcy intensifies when she learns that he plotted to separate Bingley from her sister, Jane. Elizabeth vows to avenge the separation by killing Darcy, and she is afforded that opportunity when he appears unannounced at a cottage where she is visiting her newlywed friend Charlotte. Darcy surprises her by proposing marriage, and they break into a verbal and physical fight in which Darcy is wounded. He escapes and writes a long letter to Elizabeth explaining his actions: that he separated Jane and Bingley out of fear that Jane had contracted the "mysterious plague". In regards to the allegedly wronged soldier Wickham, Darcy explains that Wickham attempted to elope with Darcy's younger sister to take her considerable fortune – the "inheritance" that Wickham had claimed. Elizabeth realizes that she had judged Darcy too harshly and is humbled. Darcy realizes that his demeanour encourages people to believe the rumours about him and resolves to act more appropriately.

Elizabeth embarks on a trip around the country with her aunt and uncle, fighting zombies along the way. At Pemberley she encounters Darcy, who repels a horde of zombies. Darcy's changed attitude and manners impress Elizabeth and lead her to consider reconciling their relationship. However, that deliberation is crushed when her younger sister Lydia elopes with Wickham in London. The Bennet family fears the worst when they receive word that Wickham and Lydia have married, following an "accident" that has left Wickham as a quadriplegic. After visiting the Bennets, the couple moves to Ireland. Elizabeth eventually discovers that it was Darcy who engineered the union, thus saving the Bennet family from ruin.

Darcy and Bingley return to the countryside, and Bingley resumes courting Jane. Elizabeth hopes to renew her relationship with Darcy, but his aunt, the Lady Catherine, interferes and insists that her daughter Anne is a better match for her nephew. Lady Catherine challenges Elizabeth to a duel, committed to eliminating the competition, but Elizabeth defeats her. Elizabeth spares Catherine's life. Darcy is touched by this gesture and returns to Elizabeth. They then marry and begin a long and happy future together, insofar as the ever-present threat of zombie apocalypse permits.
