She added a new tattoo to her hand over the weekend, while celebrating her mother-in-law Leonie Hemsworth's 60th birthday.
And it appears Elsa Pataky's children wanted in on the inking action - as the doting mum revealed on Wednesday that her tattoo artist did a few drawings on her twin boys, Tristan and Sasha, six.
'Don't worry, they are not real!' Elsa, 44, wrote over a pair of cute snaps, which saw tattoo artist Eduardo Bernal drawing a spooky skeleton on one of her twins and a beating heart on the other.

Moments prior, Elsa had released a video of herself getting her own tattoo at the birthday bash - in the form of a little symbol on her finger.

The Fast and Furious star was tagged in a post by Weekend Today's Lauren Phillips on Tuesday, which showed her, Elsa and friends showing off the new inkings on their wrists and ankles - including a shell and a paper plane.
The Channel Nine weather presenter shared the original post from their mutual friend, Byron Bay-based Elke Ricks.
Lauren wrote in the caption: 'I guess we really won't forgot 2020 now' on the Story post.

Chris also shared photos of his mother Leonie from their party to celebrate her milestone birthday.
