Sarah B. Zimmerman

Sarah B. Zimmerman, 84, Lebanon, passed away on Sunday November 19, 2023 in her home with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Raymond Z. Zimmerman. Sarah was born in Ephrata Township, Lancaster County on June 23, 1939, a daughter of the late Martin M. and Susanna W. Burkholder Zimmerman. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference. Sarah is survived by children: Clair Z. Zimmerman and wife Susan, Womelsdorf; David Z. Zimmerman and wife Ellen, Lititz; Earl Z. Zimmerman and wife Louella, Myerstown; Susan Z. Horst, Rising Sun, MD; Janet Z. Zimmerman wife of Dale, Myerstown; Darlene Z. Martin wife of Kenneth, Stevens; Ray N. Zimmerman and wife Dawn, Newmanstown; Jonathan Z. Zimmerman and wife Dianne, Newmanstown; 49 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; brother: Paul B. Zimmerman, Ephrata; sister: Esther B. Good, Myerstown and twin sister: Susan B. Martin, Stevens. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by brothers: Elmer B. Zimmerman, Eli B. Zimmerman, John A. Zimmerman, Martin B. Zimmerman; sisters: Eva B. Martin, Mary B. Zimmerman, Elsie B. Zimmerman, Anna B. Horst; son-in-law: Leonard S. Horst. Funeral services will be Monday, November 27, 2023 at 10:00 am in the Fairview Mennonite Church, 111 Elco Drive, Myerstown, PA 17067. Viewing will be Sunday, November 26, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Fairview Reception Center, 141 Jackson Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042.
