Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
The Palms Casino Resort boasts a vibrant atmosphere, complete with modern decor and lively music, which many guests find enticing, although a few consider it too loud. While the rooms offer appealing views and are often commended for their cleanliness, some travelers have encountered maintenance and noise issues. The service is generally celebrated for its warmth and attentiveness, with the staff frequently receiving personal accolades, despite occasional hiccups in service efficiency. Amenities, particularly the varied dining options and VIP services, are well-regarded; however, the hotel's off-strip location and missing amenities have drawn some criticism. Guests are divided on the value proposition, with some bemoaning high fees and upselling tactics, yet others appreciate the reasonable pricing for certain offerings.

Using homeaway staying for a week at the Palms condos for a week on business was a pleasant change to the high priced hotel scene. With our own kitchen we could enjoy making our own coffee without paying $25 for room “service“. No more $50 breakfasts. Walk in a covered walk way to the palms casino. A movie theatre awaits and a mall style food court awaits with under $10 lunches. Nice pool and spa. Free covered parking!

Well after being closed since the pandemic, then repurchased by San Manuel and re-opened, It has been a pleasure to re-visit the facility.

The place has gone through some great changes and upgrades. The room was greatly accommodating with a great view from the 26th floor, The casino has a great variety of table games as well as a huge selection of most current latest and greatest slot machines. The casino is delightful to walk around in as it has a fresh air feeling as it does not smell like cigarettes' like most other casinos do.

There is a great variety of things to dine on in the food court as well as some great restraunts as well. did not have a chance to get to the pool but we will check that out in a couple weeks when we go back.

I booked this based off a room offer for 100 dollars dining credits and 200 dollars free play. It’s was a hassle to even redeem the dining credit. Had to go back and forth with the front desk and restaurant. My free plays I could not use because there’s no corporate to add. The lady told me that she’d have them save my “owe” free play for my next visit, but the supervisor this morning says he didn’t promise me that. Rooms were ok. Average. Had I known about these issues I would of stayed on the strip with my other free room. I’m not sure if I want to stay here again. It’s off the strip and their rewards center is a mess.

First time staying here and the room did not disappoint!
Very nice and reasonably priced even upgrades were offered at a good rate but standard room in Fantasy Tower was good.
Highly recommend you take advantage of good room rates for a staycation if you live in Las Vegas.
We usually enjoy visiting their food court, AYCE buffet, Brendan Theaters and other restaurants they have to offer.

I have stayed at the Palms before but since the renovation the property got 5 stars from me. New rooms are very nice, super clean with lots of amenities. The bathroom had great products and the new shower heads are very ice. Nice assortment of liqueurs etc should you need any.

Stayed in Fantasy Tower king rooms last year and decided to upgrade to two Ivory Tower Suites this year.
Ivory Tower Suite – One Star
The rooms have not been recently updated evidenced by the non-digital thermostat. The rooms are decorated in garish colors of red and white. The rooms are the size of a suite but have the amenities of a below standard Holiday-Inn Express.
The rooms have no clocks. The open closet is in the bathroom with three small shelves; that is the room’s only storage. There is no dresser. There is a phone jack and electric outlet where there was a dresser at one time. There are no end tables with storage, just a shelf. Obviously, the regular occupants of this suite did not have luggage nor could be trusted with movable amenities.
The single sink bathroom has an open shower design, giving your clothing a steam treatment whether they needed it or not. The shower caddy/shelf in one of the showers had broken off and had not been replaced. The full-length mirror in the other shower was propped up against the wall where it had broken off the wall. I felt the need to use a hand towel when using the shower to avoid contact with the shower floor.
We “downgraded” to Fantasy Tower kings after one night.
Fantasy Tower King – Five Star
This room is equivalent to a standard room at Wynn/Encore. Decorated in lovely earth tones with updated amenities: digital thermostat, lighted closet, automatic closing drawers in the dresser, large television, makeup mirror, and a beautiful, closed shower with bench seating and separate water closet.
I would highly recommend the Fantasy Tower king and avoid the Ivory Tower rooms.

We were impressed by the modern decor and renovations, clean restrooms and even the nice smell of this off-strip casino instead of the smoke in most casinos and were happy that it also had free valet parking.
We visited the Palms for the breakfast buffet (8am-11am) for $25.00/person, but were pleasantly surprised that it was a very large spread of good food with a great variety of choices that was actually BRUNCH food... not sure why it ends at 11am.
We'll definitely be back.

Palms was everything we could want in a hotel. Romeo was a SUPERB VIP manager, super attentive and collaborative months leading up to our trip (I put him through an endless stream of asks!). The butlers we interacted with (James and Darren) were always there when you needed them and were extremely helpful (perfect request ninjas that didn't hover).

The property itself feels very well kept. Those renovations really shine. Ghostbar lived up to the hype. The pool was set up spectacularly. The food options were diverse and tasty (and priced reasonably $15 for a tasty breakfast sandwich delivered poolside?? sign me up!!).

Jason at the bell desk was a great smile/attitude to be greeted with and a great person to take us to the airport. Perfect bookend.

We will definitely be coming back to the Palms. It's only a $10 uber/lyft away if walking the strip is something you're eager to do. With the money you save on staying in a reasonably priced room, it's a no-brainer of a trade off.

Walking Distance is a couple hundred feet. If you had a walker, it might take you three minutes and that would be the extreme.
