    Very nice spot
Very nice place with a great variety of shops. We had delicious pretzels, and some very fresh cookies. All the shopkeepers were very friendly and inviting. There were also lots of nice benches I sat on with my dogs while my wife and daughter shopped. We plan on going back as we didn’t make it through all the shops !

    Had a wonderful time
Not being an avid shopper I didn’t think I would really enjoy Kitchen Kettle Village but I found I really enjoyed my time there. I had a good lunch then enjoyed touring the stores — most of them had something different than usual. It was very relaxed and I got the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. I would like to go back sometime when I have more time

    Lot to see
Great place to shop and eat, and just relax. Get there before the buses it does get crowded . It’s closed on Sundays so plan your trip. Also walking distance to all Amish shops in the area, sample the soft pretzel, homemade ice cream, kettle popcorn, or take a buggy ride around the area, all offered in the village.

An enjoyable and unique shopping experience
Kitchen Kettle village is a must when we visit this area of Pennsylvania. The village is very quaint and contains a variety of stores. It is very clean. We found all the store keepers to be very nice and helpful. There were many unique items in the stores. There were ample opportunities to purchase food if one was hungry. There were many seats throughout the village, if you need to sit down. A highlight store was The Kitchen Kettle Store where one could purchase not only baked goods, but traditional Amish jarred delicacies. If you were unsure of the taste of a product, a sample was readily given. After you made your purchase, you were given a cart to bring it back to your car. After spending the day shopping, it was so nice to stop and enjoy a glass of wine at the village winery. This is a very nice way to spend a day on your vacation.

    Relaxing Time!
We enjoyed walking around and browsing in the shops. The views are really beautiful, outside. The coffee shop has divine coffee, with yummy flavors. I had the praline. A nice place to get some gifts, and they even have a cute Christmas shop and pet store.

    Fun place to visit
I have visited Kitchen Kettle many times over the years & it is always worth the 45 minute trip from my home. The variety of shops offer something for everyone. My favorite activity is sampling all the jams, jellies & other goodies in the jam & relish kitchen. There are plenty of benches for seating if you are tired + musicians are usually around to entertain you while relaxing.

    Worth a visit
Definitely worth a visit, didn’t find the prices to be the best. Lots of different types of stores. Loved the hat store and regret not getting one that I liked. Some food options including snacks like pretzels, kettle chips, and ice cream. Probably wouldn’t stop there again, but glad we went.

    Another great visit to KKV
This was our 2nd stay at Kitchen Kettle Village, and both stays were wonderful. Even our two teenage kids enjoy visiting. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The view of the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The stores are great and walking through the Village is a delight, especially with a beverage from the Roasted Rooster. Note that the Village shuts down at 5:00, so if you are staying overnight you’ll have to drive elsewhere for dinner, but this is easy enough to do. I recommend Smokehouse BBQ just 5 minutes down Olde Philadelphia Pike in Bird-in-Hand. Be sure to also check out Immergut Pretzels and Stoltzfus Market, which are not technically part of the Village but right next to (Immergut) and across the street (Stoltzfus) from it. If you are staying in a room or cottage that has an oven, you can buy pre-made dinner items from Stoltzfus and heat them in your room. The pizzas are a favorite of ours. We love KKV and will definitely return soon!

Lots of shops to meet everyone needs.
Among my favorite place to go when in lancaster,pa. Love jam and jellies, lots of foods and samples to taste before making a purchase. Pottery, jewelry, clothing, and lots of food choices. A Christmas Shoppe that has a large inventory as well. Plus plenty of parking but it does get very busy so plan ahead.

Not as expected! It was incredibly crowded and the majority of the items being sold there were not local. When you go into the shops a lot of the stuff is made overseas. The lines for things like the cookies/pretzels were incredibly long and anything that was locally made was also very expensive. Parking was also crowded but they had people directing you around. Felt more like a shopping amusement park than a market.

This is a good place to stroll and check out numerous shops. There is a nice variety. There is the jam and jelly shop, before you used to be able to sample al of them, but can no longer do that. There is a place that has a nice variety of cheeses and a place that sells fudge. I enjoy walking in where all the art work is, I have bought several pieces from there.

If you want there is a horse and buggy tour there that offer several options on what type of tour you would like. Around the village is even more shops. You can spend hours just checking all the places out.

I was at Kitchen Kettle Village about two years ago on a bus trip and only had an hour to explore the village. It wasn't enough time. This time around I was on a girls weekend and we decided to spend a day there. It was nice to explore the different shops and eat at the Harvest Cafe which was delicious. We were able to purchase a spring fling package and got some pretty nice items given by the stores along with discounts on purchases. I would definitely return in the future!

This was my first time visiting Kitchen Kettle Village and I was not disappointed!! I enjoyed homemade ice cream and then went to some of the shops to buy some souvenirs. There was a street musician playing his guitar while people shopped. It was great! You definitely need to have at least 2 hours to spend there and you won’t regret it!

No trip to PA Dutch Country is complete without a stop at Kitchen Kettle Village. A nice country feel, with unique shops selling foods, treats and quilts, pottery, yarn, vandals and more. As you stroll around you can listen to live music. I just love the place.

Loved this little outdoor mall. Many stores have local products like jams and wine. clerks are friendly and helpful. There is a sit-down restaurant and eateries with counter service or pretzels and ice cream. Benches are scattered throughout for resting or snacking. I could have used more time here. I would go back I I found myself in the rea again.

We usually visit Kitchen Kettle Village whenever we are in the Lancaster area. Recently during our visit there was construction of one or two new businesses going on. We also visited a new shop with many lovely, planted pots, and outdoor decor. The disappointment was the Kitchen Kettle shop with jellies, etc. We usually purchase several items in the shop during our visit. Unfortunately, their prices went up quite a bit. The jelly is good but not worth $7 for a small jar. Maybe next time.....

There are like 45 shops here in this outdoor shopping promenade; some deal with Amish items, some are home decor, some are pet or wine related. There is a really good judge shop and the jams and jellies store and the meat and cheese store is very popular. The Waltz winery has some good offerings including the top ranked wine in PA, their delicious moscato. You need a couple hours here to see it all or just stop in for some good jams and cheeses.

This is our family's favorite place to visit on trips to Lancaster. We came for 2 nights to Lancaster in August and loved it so much, we came back in October.

All we do is eat and shop here. We get pretzels, ice cream, fruit to take home, and lunch at the Kling House. Shopping is also taken very seriously. We pick up gourmet items at Aged & Cured and the Jam shop. The Christmas shop is wonderful. We usually pick up an ornament to add to our tree. There's a large selection.

In between, we watch Nick DiSanto, the famous one man band. He is very talented and has a deep passion for music. Very nice guy, who we've gone out of our way to see. He plays KKV on Friday afternoons.

I highly recommend a trip to KKV. It is a foodie/shopper's paradise. So bring your wallet for shopping and your appetite. You will not leave hungry!

I love the Kitchen Kettle Village. I couldn’t wait to visit this time around. When I got there, I was so disappointed to see the large crowd of people, many without masks. We tried to walk around, but felt unsafe with the amount of people walking around, so we left. There was zero social distancing taking place there.

I am sorry that you felt unsafe during you recent visit. We are working very hard to keep both our guests and employees safe. We have signs posted at all shops and outdoors stating that masks are required. If you are outside & can social distance by 6' or eating, you do not need to wear a mask. We have social distancing markers in our shops, as well as hand sanitizing stations, enhanced cleaning of all high touch areas, wellness screenings for all employees and new cleaning protocols. We also are limiting the number of people allowed in the various shops based on the store's square footage. This is a very challenging time for businesses to open their doors and keep everyone safe. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will visit again when you feel more safe to travel.
