This is a nice beach. Overall there’s nothing special about it. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon and found parking right across the street. The beach was quiet and serene.

Doggie park 101: don’t go unless you have a dog. This place smells like strong piss. I’m not sure if it’s just the dogs or the humans too but it overpowered my experience. 0/10 would not recommend

Unknowingly arrived during Spring Break. Beach was very busy, however police presence was abundant. I did not feel unsafe at any time.

I went on Thanksgiving. It was amazing, the water was really clear and refreshing, the sand was not got at all. It looked like the IOS 10 default background with the clear water and sand, I will definitely come back.

North of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park, this small stretch of sand was full of Spring Break students when we went. It has clean sand with amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas and sports equipment rentals. There are restrooms, showers, metered parking and a slew of restaurants, drinking spots and shops alongside. Much to see if you choose not to swim in the clear waters. Notable police, canine and park presence. I'm sure it is a different environment during non - Spring Break weeks...

Went with my daughter for some fun in the sun last December. The weather was a little too windy for my taste but the beach was perfect: lots of people enjoying the rays of sunshine while relaxing next to the beautiful waters of Fort Lauderdale. Parking was available and easy to use.

Where is the best place to rent beach chairs/umbrellas at las olas beach ( close to las olas Oceanside park)?

I would like to visit Zion and Bryce with my son. We would like to do some hiking too. We’re thinking about going in May, is it a good time to visit? I cannot be in the sun for long periods of time. It’s a little confusing where to start and where to end, Vegas or SLC. It looks to me Vegas is closer to do the loop. Any advice will be appreciated, are 3 days in each location too long?

Does anyone have an idea how long should we stay in each place? What areas to visit? Is May a good month to visit? It’s kind of overwhelming and we need to make our reservation soon. Thank u

Is it a reasonable walk from Marriott beach place? Not so much distance but sidewalks, safe for pedestrian?

Very safe. Sidewalks on both sides of the road, and lots of pedestrians even later at night.
