We had reservations for brunch and when we arrived, it was out of business closed. I hope OpenTable takes it off of their offering. I contacted OpenTable customer support about it with no reply from them.

It was awful! Told the server we were in a rush came back 20 min after putting order I. And said they were out of tuna. Diet Coke was Coke, no silverware! Will not return, too bad cool atmosphere

We enjoyed Timpano very much. Great service starting with our hostess Mariana who provided excellent customer service. Yummy food, the new Tuscan salad as well as the salmon. Vibrant energy in a nice atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

Matchbox is a very nice chain restaurant with good food. This location is positioned on the River Walk in Fort Lauderdale, so if the weather is nice it's a great place to sit outdoors and watch the boats go by. Our food was good and the service was excellent. We'll be back.

The soup was cold. Our drinks never came and we had to go get them ourselves at the bar (mine was comped though due to the delay). The food quality was good. Overall an ok experience but not as good as it used to be when they were brand new.

Our plan was to be able to sit outside as the surrounding area and the ambiance is very very pretty with the water. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but the restaurant did find us a nice quiet table in the back so that we can have a nice quiet meal before the new year.

Saturday night and the place was empty. Don’t know if it was lead up to the holidays or if it’s the establishment. The service was good and the location ok but the food/value was awful. $40 for two tiny crab cakes and a smattering of fries is terrible. Pizza was uninspired and drinks overpriced.

Great brunch. Good service and great view of the water. Sitting inside, music was a little too loud and it make it hard to have a conversation. Staff was very kind and responsive when we asked to have the music lowered. But music was great and it was live!

Enjoyed a nice brunch on the patio. Drunken burrito was excellent - great flavor with a little kick. Calamari had a nice breading with some fried jalapeños and a well prepared dipping romoulade.

Had a wonderful experience at Matchbox. So much so that I went back the following day. My niece and nephew ordered the salmon which they loved, and I had the scallops which were amazing. We had ordered the arancini which were divine and our drinks were super tasty. Our server was polite, welcoming and very friendly. She recognized me when I went back the following day. Food and drinks were delivered promptly. I will surely go back next time I’m in the FLL area.

First time in a long time all 5 of my kids, my husband and myself cleaned our plates. My daughter loved the ribs. Said they were some of the best. 2 youngest lived the chicken tenders. Fish and chips and red snapper were also good. Outside is nice, even with the noise coming from The Wharf. Easy to find, friendly staff. Only downside, service was slow.

We loved it! I will definitely be back! My sons pizza was huge, my grilled chicken sandwich was incredibly good. Fresh food, fast service, friendly staff, very clean and modern space. Loved it.

Overall pretty decent! Considering it was Father’s Day it wasn’t too busy. We arrived way early but we’re seated immediately. Given that it wasn’t busy, the wait person could/should have been more attentive. Was more than 10 minutes between finishing meal and him coming to check on us. Did not refill drinks even though he said he would. We would have considered dessert but didn’t want to wait another 20-30 minutes. Aside from that, food was terrific with a pretty good selection. Will definitely go back!

Waffle maker broke, (no plan B in motion) ran out of potatoes on Mothers Day. Communication from server was not the best. My 1st experience there, we did the brunch and it was amazing, this experience was a major let down, both steak and eggs lacked flavor. For such good ambiance and view, management needs to revisit the menu, chefs and staff-training. My family and I will not be returning. Definitely fell way below the belt as it relates to expectations ☹️

My first time here at Matchbox, made reservation for my birthday and it didn't disappoint. Delicious food, waiters are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere with view of the river. Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.!!
