Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide

Rate this book
As seen on Tucker Carlson Tonight! USA Today and Wall Street Journal Bestseller!   The inside story of the laptop that exposed the president’s dirtiest secret. When a drug-addled Hunter Biden abandoned his waterlogged computer at a Mac repair shop in Delaware in the spring of 2019, just six days before his father announced his candidacy for the United States presidency, it became the ticking time bomb in the shadows of Joe Biden’s campaign. The dirty secrets contained in Hunter’s laptop almost derailed his father’s presidential campaign and ignited one of the greatest media coverups in American history. This is the unvarnished story of what’s really inside the laptop and what China knows about the Bidens, by the New York Post journalist who brought it into the open. It exposes the coordinated censorship operation by Big Tech, the media establishment, and former intelligence operatives to stifle the New York Post’s coverage, in a chilling exercise of raw political power three weeks before the 2020 election. A treasure trove of corporate documents, emails, text messages, photographs, and voice recordings, spanning a decade, the laptop provided the first evidence that President Joe Biden was involved in his son’s ventures in China, Ukraine, and beyond, despite his repeated denials. This intimate insight into Hunter’s dissolute lifestyle shows he was incapable of holding down a job, let alone being paid tens of millions of dollars in high-powered international business deals by foreign interests, unless he had something else of value to sell—which of course he did. He was the son of the vice president who would go on to become the leader of the free world.

****Caution This book contains much sexual content, drug use, smoking, and language that will offend many.

I am so many emotions rolling through me after reading The Laptop From Hell. It is truly a revelation as to how dirty, devious, callous, and pernicious politics and politicians are. There is no doubt and believe me there has been for some time no doubt that we are on our own in this country. If we are looking for politicians or the government to save us, we are walking along with this laptop's revelation to hell.

I did feel sorrow for Hunter Biden, as he always seemed to be striving for his father's attention. There is no doubt that Hunter, a man gifted with good looks and a last name that opened doors to various and nefarious operations (with a nod from his famous father and uncle) used it to the full extent. For money making, with not a thought to its legality was the name of the game, and Hunter salivated with greed. Hunter was a drug addict and a sex addict. His behavior was governed by the need to control and he sold himself and his father to the highest bidder. Referred to as "The Big Guy" in many instances, there certainly leaves little doubt as to the big guy's identity. The drugs, the call girls, the thousands of dollars spent in the best and fanciest hotels around the world where he partied, smoked crack, and videotaped himself having sex. He had a revolving door policy with rehabilitation facilities that cost a small fortune each time.

His name is associated with debauchery, and when he left his wife for the arms of his sister-in-law, who he also videoed having sex with him, he had fallen through the gates of hell. Hunter lacked any kind of code but he was smart and could sniff a deal that would benefit himself and his family. (If one remembers his sister-in-law had lost Biden's son Beau to cancer.) Avarice ran through this family and no amount of money seemed to be ample for them.

It's a lifestyle few of us would aspire to, one where supposedly family is important especially when it can garner more and more. Take and take and take some more was the motto.

Of course, all of this, the finding of the things on this laptop was pretty much concealed from the American people. Hunter had left the laptop to be repaired and after numerous phone calls that were unanswered and an unpaid bill, the laptop belonged to the owner of the repair shop. When he found the contents, after thinking about it, he alerted the FBI. The poor man after it was revealed he was in possession of this incriminating device was threatened with death, and had to close up shop and leave town.

So why weren't the American people made aware of this? Well, it was election time and the excuses rolled out as to what it was with a Russian conspiracy plot leading the pact. Both Facebook and Twitter shut down any discussion of its contents and the only news medium that seemed to be on it was the Post. So, in essence, once again, we were kept in the dark and not allowed to know about what it contained. Some maintained this was an act of election interference.

Would it have changed the face of the election? Perhaps, but ultimately, the lies told to us by the man we chose to lead us, certainly brought on many feelings of anger, disappointment, and sadness in this reader. Power, money, prestige, and privilege led to avarice and greed on a scale one could hardly believe.

The ultimate saddest thing is we have been let down by a man we put our faith and trust in. It is often said that politics is a dirty business. This was beyond dirty this was filthy politics.

I wish I had not read this book. It made me sick to my stomach to read about the corruption, debauchery, addiction, and outright evil permeating the President and his family knowing that many, many other politicians and plain citizens are going though episodes similar to or even worse than those described as the USA spirals downward.
The very unique accident of the Hunter Biden forgotten laptop provides an incomparable look at the evil that now pervades the USA and the world. I will not describe the gory details here. The book should be read by those who can stand it. It presents a lonely and currently battered super successful politician who reaches his highest dream - the Presidency, but on the way abuses his long held high position as Senator from a small state that continually re-elected him even though he was never a really astute or effective politician.
The one rather outstanding talent of the Biden family patriarch was to be able to retain high office while using it to carefully place opportunities before his closest family members. He has given new meaning to the term “nepotism.”
The laptop’s revelations disclose millions of dollars flowing through the hands of the privileged family but never dirtying the hands of its respected patriarch. Many politicians do this and it is mostly legal. It becomes illegal if the family head participates in the resources flowing to his family and friends.
The book intimates the possibility that the President may have received a portion of salaries or other income, but shows no cleat evidence beyond the mention of money going to “the big guy,” who may or may not be the patriarch.
The tragedy of an only surviving son’s drug addiction and collapse helplessly into abject drug induced sinful living time and time again as his grieving and loving father tries to cover for him and help him recover is saddening, but it cannot erase the evil that permeates the family and its powerful friends and allies,
Finally, the covering up by the media during the last few days before the 2020 general election of the breaking story on the laptop constitutes even worse corruption than that recorded upon it. Had the full story been disclosed prior to the election, it may have come out quite differently.

4.5 "unputdownable, disheartening, disillusioning" stars !!!

2022 Honorable Mention Read

Warm thanx to Marialyce whose marvelous review made me not just add but shortlist this one !!

Hunter Biden, addicted to crack and sex and money, left his laptop at a repair shop in Delaware and did not pick it up.

On this laptop is one of the most interesting life stories of 2010s America....

Here the reader will find out much about the Biden family, greed, corruption, and learn much about what happens with the world elite in terms of business deals both legitimate and otherwise. An excellent expose that is carefully and meticulously written. The world's ultra rich make a mockery of political integrity and make fools of all of us that believe we live in an ethical democracy. You will also learn a lot about both China's rise to world prominence and how the elite are constantly making lives better for each other while numbing the middle classes and the remaining majority of world citizens barely subsist....

A very dark soapish non-fiction thriller that appears to be mostly true...but what do I know !

Good HELL this book. What a corrupt and decrepit family the Biden’s are.

This book is well researched, well documented, and will make you sick to your stomach. How in the world did this guy become POTUS? This is the second book I’ve read which referenced in detail the Biden family’s corruption. (The first one I read was published long before he was president)

I don’t understand how corruption at this level is allowed to go on for SO LONG but I guess that’s what you get when you have career politicians who are allowed to be in office for as long as they like. And sadly corruption runs deep in our country.

Speaking of corruption, the most disturbing chapter in the book is the last one, which describes the media coverup in detail. The Hunter Biden laptop they said was “Russian disinformation”🙄 What a joke. It makes you second guess anything and everything you’ve ever heard from the main stream media. They are just as corrupt and as the politicians and the elites they serve. It’s infuriating

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.~I Timothy 6:10 (ESV)

Take a good look at that guy on the cover. He is in the grip of the evils that come from chasing money for its own sake and then blowing it on drugs, alcohol, and women. This book painstakingly lays out the evidence found in Hunter Biden's laptop. The one he left behind in a Wilmington repair shop. No, this was not a Russian spy trick. You can't make this stuff up. And don't even think that the rest of the family is keeping their distance. It is a blankety-blank mess. It's "The Delaware Way." As my daddy always used to say: "It's not what you know, but who you know." Hunter Biden is the money man -- it is no wonder he anesthetizes himself with substances. If things had gone successfully with the deals in the laptop, Hunter and his buddies would have rolled out the red carpet for the China Belt & Road Initiative. The material on the laptop is a slap in the face, but maybe we all need a wake up call.

“Thank you for your service. Thank you for helping my son. My son and my brother trust you emphatically so I trust you.” (Joe Biden to Bobulinski)

If you have any questions or doubts about Joe Biden being involved with China for personal gain, this book will provide clear answers. Miranda Devine reveals all the Biden’s Dirty Secrets, harbored by social media, that are tantamount to election interference. Based on follow up polls, almost 10% of voters, had the information on Hunter’s laptop been reported by the media, would have changed their vote.

In the beginning of this fast paced read, it’s easy to find some sympathy for Hunter. He’s a pitiful character: an addict, emotional wreck, lost soul in need of serious physical, emotional and mental rehabilitation. His life has had its difficult traumas to be sure but he’s also been given advantages of the 1% and squandered them all. The extent of his debauchery and complete disregard for honor and country is quite frankly, disgusting. His father has gone far over the line to protect him, arguably to prosecutable lengths.

It’s almost impossible to give highlights from this book without repeating the entire thing; it’s that good. Let me recommend two of what I found to be keys that bring the veracity:

1. Chapter 12 Princelings - gives details about Obama appointing Joe to be the administration’s lead on Chinese Policy and lead he does. The information about his dinner with Xi and “personal politics” is enlightening and not in a good way.

2. Chapter 17 In Bed With Xi and Putin - confirms pictorial evidence of J. Biden, his son and brother being in bed with the leaders of our country’s two biggest threats.

What REALLY drove this all right over the edge is Hunter mocking his father’s dementia in chapter 7. This truly cannot be made up.

A stunning book that reveals details held back by our manipulative, infauxtainment/media, social or otherwise. They successfully altered the course of this passed election and now we are paying the price: at the pump, grocery store, heating/cooling, appliances, vehicles…

In case you get confused by the players involved, Devine includes a player list in the back for your convenience. The organization of information does bounce around which is why I rated 4 instead of 5 but it’s well worth reading. Kudos to John Paul Mac Issac for stepping up and doing the right thing in an hostile environment 📚

Hard to read, pure fiction. This is the political swill that the repugnant republicans dredged up to aid in Trumps reelection. Well, we all know how that turned out. This was written by someone that was surprised her guy didn't win to spite his never polling over 45% in his entire 4 year term.
So this "smoking gun" and would be "October" surprise never took hold. Gee, can't figure out why since Joe was running, not his adult son. Drug addicted or not, Joe Biden was never going to appoint him a "presidential adviser". Biden was never going for a reality TV show starring untalented, unelected adult children running the country, establishing world peace and cutting ribbons at golf clubs. So that circus has packed up their tents and left town....take the hint....buh bye Miranda.

The research on this book is fantastic. Miranda Devine should be working for the FBI since they can't seem to find a thing wrong with this guy. If you still believe the Biden family is an honorable American family you are naive. If you think the wrong brother died, you might be right but the revelation of all the secrets means he also had to be involved. Every time Joe Biden opens his mouth a lie comes out, the question is does he know he is lying or is he living in the same make believe world that Hunter is living in. You want to understand privilege, this book is a perfect example of what the privileged in this country look like. A sad child who didn't feel he got the proper attention from his parents. Poor Hunter. Great job in not only the research but also the presentation of the massive amounts of information. Great flow and just the right amount of detail. Somethings no one needs to hear and Miranda knows when to hold those things. She is fair and honest. I was very impressed to hear her stress the details on the lack of proof there were children pictured on the laptop. His faults are bad enough without piling on him what can not be proven. Easy read that will leave you angry....angry that we are hurting while this family enjoys the perks they have not earned.

Great book

Great book everyone should read it
Shows need for term limits and stronger ethics laws
And a strong indepentent unbiased press
The Biden family deserves a lot more scrutiny
And if half what’s in book is true they should be prosecuted

No way he would won the election if the press reported this

Hunter is the poster boy for white privilege, nepotism, greed, debauchery, amoral, unethical, traitorous, self loathing cry baby ever. He writes his brother's widow and on/off lover : "I am the most ethical man you will ever know." Hardly... he and his dad use each other to sell America for their own benefit.

The Biden family is a crime family, Joe is and always has been a pathological liar. He began peddling his name for influence early on in his career and escalated with time, a grifter that granted favors for lucrative deals regardless of the country and ties to the US. Hunter’s laptop reveals much and there’s no disputing the facts that are in his own words ! He is a degenerate and known crack addict who has been in and out of rehab more times than you can count. Making deals for the family while traveling on taxpayers dime living it up on Air Force 2. Money is everything to the Biden’s as Joe professes to be a common man. Hunter and his cronies even joked about his dementia in 2019 but the MSM being a wing of the Democratic Party made sure it was hidden until after the 2020 election … buyers remorse ?? I hated this story, actually made my stomach churn as I read the corruption and deception going on….. and this is only one family! Leads me to believe there are many more!

This is some seriously hilarious FanFic for and by Trumpers. If you actually know what happened with the whole laptop thing, then you know that this whole book is complete fiction. The “repairman” who supposedly took the laptop that Hunter never came back for, yeah, he’s visually impaired, so did he really see Hunter Biden? Questionable. To top it off, he clearly loves Trump, so he has a lot invested in fabricating exactly this kind of story. Maybe there was a laptop, maybe not, but there has never been concrete evidence that this laptop even belonged to Hunter Biden. Use your god damn brains people. When will you stop letting Trump and his minions manipulate you? Not one person who has touched this case has been an independent voice without ties to trump in some way, so obviously that tells you everything you need to know if you are able to think critically. This is all a distraction to keep the Trump-lovers from seeing all the illegal crap THAT family has taken part in. Give me a break.

Author Devine is a super-sleuth who has "followed the money," and the laptop. Devine writes clearly and concisely. Her revelations came out in October 2020 in the NY Post and were immediately denounced as Russian Disinformation by the NYT, WaPo, Cnn, MSN and so on. Big Tech censored the story. Now 17 mos later, NYT "clarifies" on Page 20, 24th graf, oops, the laptop from hell is legit! The critical story here is the corruption of journalism in America.* It engaged in the Big Cover Up. Regardless of political party, we should all be stunned.

*The story is now about Joe Biden, not Hunter.

This family is a giant dumpster fire. I am shocked how Joe Biden is not only the POTUS, but how he is not stamping license plates in a federal prison. If only 1/10 of this book is true, there are Secret Service, Senators, Congressmen, cops, FBI and other that should be cellies with the entire Biden clan.

Hunter lived a lifestyle dwarfing anything any billionaire lives. It is absolutely impossible for someone, even the son of a VP, could live that lavished lifestyle. For months, Hunter rented a Lamborghini at $6500.00 a day. 8K a day for prostitutes, thousands of dollars a night in hotel and untold amount of money on drugs.

Of course, those who voted for Biden and still support him, will never believe any of it, but the content from this book comes directly from the laptop in his own words. I truly hope that in 2022, if the left does not do a redo of 2020, and the right takes the power, that they start intense investigations on the left as the left has done to the right. I hope that they remove the section 230 protection from these BIG TECH dictators and the right starts to fight back in the form of massive class-action lawsuits. I o not even want any of the money, just take it from big tech. This may force them to act fair and get out of politics. Hopefully the MSM will learns their lessons too after they got "Sandman'd" and now will get "Rittenhouse'd". Maybe they will start reporting facts and not ideology.

The book was great. It only confirms that Joe Biden is bought and paid for by the CCP. That is not hyperbole either. You pay for your sins in this lifetime. Joe always wanted the "Kennedy" royalty label, but I do not think he expected to get it. He lost his wife, daughter and son, this son is an absolute dumpster fire and his presidency will go down in history as the most destructive and inept administration in this country's history.

Good job there Joe.

The Cat's Out of the Bag

So glad this book was written since it definitively reveals the truth about the Biden family's long time influence peddling. Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop was an absolute treasure trove of information meticulously researched and verified by Miranda Devine. The numerous emails, photos and texts reveal a damaged morally bankrupt man who with the support of his father and uncle, schemed to use the Biden name to curry favor and large sums of money from foreign businessmen eager for connections with the Obama-Biden administration. Joe Biden was always aware of these dealings. He was "the big guy" Hunter constantly refers to. Miranda Devine has done an incredible job of sifting through a voluminous amount of information to present this story of lying and corruption. My only criticism is that that there were no photographs. Devine does describe some of the lewd photos she discovered, but I think just regular images of the family would have enhanced the story.

Laptops don’t lie, but Big Tech and Main Stream Media surely do. This book is a brief compilation of sordid emails, photo descriptions, and other hard evidence of Biden Family depravity and corruption. The information provided is verifiable. There is a special place in Hell for the folks at Facebook, Twitter, CNN and other main stream media outlets that made conscious decisions to suppress and hide this information from American voters when the New York Post broke this story in October 2020. Fair warning when reading this book: each chapter is even more stomach churning than the one before.

If you’re not familiar with Devine’s history of defaming and shoddy ‘journalistic’ practises in her columns then you may actually take Miranda seriously.

Whilst the Biden’s do have a history of nepotistic practices and Joe has been in the pockets of the financial services industry for decades this whole laptop business is all conjecture and rumour as we’re still yet to see actual raw data, making it fall along the lines of russiagate propaganda that the msn loved to push without evidence. Whilst Devine is a little more subdued at outlaying all of the republican backed messaging she spends half of the time trying to tie the laptop to either already known questionable Biden behaviour or ahistorical takes of news articles whilst using very poor sourcing from propaganda outlets like Breitbart and the NY post.

It’s worth noting the Biden’s already have enough shit things in their past that the whole laptop spin attempt isn’t even needed.

This book was written by a journalist from the New York Post who had access to the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop that was left with a computer repairman in Wilmington, Delaware. Hunter never returned to reclaim it and so was considered legally abandoned. The author tells the details of how she acquired access in the book. The emails, photos, etc. which comprise the contents document Hunter and his business associates did shady business with the Chinese and with Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs and others. Also documented are how Hunter's first marriage broke up, his being addicted to crack cocaine, his spending on prostitutes and how he went through the millions of dollars his business dealings brought him. There were photos of him in sex acts. It also becomes obvious that the "Big Guy" who took his cut of Hunter's earnings was his father. When the New York Post first broke these stories, the social media - Facebook, Twitter, and the mainstream media mostly refused to report on it - it was the October just prior to the 2020 elections after all, claiming at the time it was "Russian disinformation". Almost certainly it swayed the election results. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand what happened during the last several years.

More than eye opening, scary. There are so many skeletons in the Biden family that a closet wouldn't hold them - an extra large graveyard would be necessary. Like father, like son the use of white privilege when necessary, and scream racism or Russian interference when needed. The laptop may have been Hunter's, but POTUS was always a part of the story.

Introduction: October Surprise
“Character is on the ballot.”

—Joe Biden, February 2020

Less than a month before the 2020 election, I was at
home in midtown Manhattan, a few blocks from the New
York Post newsroom, where I worked as a columnist,
when my cell phone pinged at 11:35 p.m.
Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Bob Costello, had sent a text
message from his Long Island home: “I have been
asked to send you a small taste of evidence that I have
quite legally, that you might have an interest in,” he
wrote.
“I have approximately 40,000 emails, at least a
thousand text messages and hundreds of photographs
and videos involving the subject….
“The story is more about the emails, but the photos
set the tone.”
What followed were three startling images.
The first showed Hunter Biden, then aged forty-seven,
still handsome but haggard, in bed, lighting what
appeared to be a crack pipe.
Another showed Hunter asleep with the unlit pipe in
his mouth.
The last photo was a half-naked selfie of Hunter in a
bathroom mirror, showing a fresh tattoo across his
tanned upper back, still covered in plastic wrap, long
angry markings as if a tiger had clawed his flesh.
In fact, Hunter had just had the entire map of the
Finger Lakes in upstate New York etched into his back.
This was the place where his late mother, Neilia, had
grown up, where he had forged some of his happiest
childhood memories, during long summers with his
maternal grandparents, the Scotch Presbyterian Hunters,
at their cottage on Owasco Lake.
Hunter felt such a connection to the area that he
named his various ill-fated companies after local
landmarks, such as Owasco, Seneca, and Skaneateles.
The photographs were prima facie evidence that
Costello and Giuliani had in their possession an
extraordinary trove of material that already may have
exposed the son of the man who would become
president to blackmail and extortion by America’s
enemies.
Giuliani was a valuable source of information if you
were a journalist in New York. The irrepressible
seventy-six-year-old former mayor had the inside story
on everything from the city’s criminal history to the
current mood in the Oval Office.
Once a crusading young DA for the Southern District
of New York who took down the Mob in the 1980s,
then the crime-busting mayor who cleaned up New York
in the 1990s, he had mellowed into the eccentric,
scotch-swilling consigliere for President Donald Trump.
Giuliani had been sent a copy of the contents of
Hunter Biden’s laptop by the owner of the Mac repair
shop in Delaware where it had been abandoned.
The material will “blow your mind,” said the former
mayor.
Photographs of Hunter’s rampant drug use and
explicit homemade pornography were all over the laptop.
But the real news value lay in the corporate documents,
bank transfers, and emails detailing a vast international
influence-peddling scheme, sanctioned by the world’s
most despotic regimes—and implicating “Honest Joe”
Biden himself.
It would provide a window onto the corruption that is
Washington’s original sin, as conducted on a global scale
by one of its most skilled and calculating practitioners.
The sordid secret vices of a son of political privilege
were an incongruous backdrop to the monumental oil
and gas deals Hunter was mixed up in around the
world, a drug-addled neophyte bumbling through
geopolitical minefields, with the Secret Service in tow.
Hunter’s encounters with cutthroat oligarchs in Monte
Carlo, Lake Como, Hong Kong, and Shanghai are
documented in rich detail on his laptop. It takes us from
a billionaire’s beach villa in Acapulco to the desolate oil
fields of Kazakhstan, from a judo competition in
Budapest with Vladimir Putin to dinner in Beijing with Xi
Jinping.
A Chinese tycoon cooks Hunter dinner in his new $50
million Manhattan penthouse, a Ukrainian oligarch takes
him to his fishing shack in Norway. Beautiful Russian
escorts and thieving drug dealers float through his
self-imposed exile on Sunset Boulevard amid slapstick
scenes as crack-head Hunter comes unstuck and his
hapless Uncle Jim Biden rides in to the rescue.
Text messages chronicling the disintegration of
Hunter’s love affair with his brother’s widow are laced
with flashbacks to the pain of a troubled childhood.
Eye-popping financial windfalls are shaded by the grim
fate of business partners who wind up floating in the
Yangtze. It’s a life of greed and luxury in a shadowy
world of kleptocrat oligarchs that law enforcement can’t
touch.
Despite his secret debaucheries, Hunter was acutely
aware of what he brought to the table: access to his
powerful father.
This was the Biden family business, involving the
president’s brothers as well as Hunter, and it is
documented in minute detail in the eleven-gigabyte trove.
Over nine years from 2010 to 2019, the laptop shadows
Joe’s life as the globe-trotting vice president of the
Obama administration, the favor-trading senator from
Delaware who would go on to become leader of the
free world.
The laptop also puts the lie to President Biden’s
repeated claims that he knew nothing about his son’s
shady business ventures in China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan,
Russia, and beyond.
Five days after Costello’s late-night call, on Wednesday,
October 14, 2020, the New York Post published the first
of a series of front-page bombshells, written by
Emma-Jo Morris and Gabrielle Fonrouge, culled from the
contents of Hunter’s laptop.
The story, headlined “Biden’s Secret Emails,” revealed
a bombshell 2015 email indicating that Joe, as vice
president, had met in Washington with a high-ranking
representative of the corrupt Ukrainian energy company
that was paying his junkie son a million dollars a year
to sit on its board.
Eight months after the meeting, Joe flew to Kyiv and
threatened to withhold $1 billion in US aid unless the
Ukrainian government fired its top prosecutor, Viktor
Shokin, who was pursuing Burisma for corruption at the
time.
The email was news, in anyone’s language.
But soon after the Post’s story broke online, social
media censored it. Facebook announced it had throttled
the story’s reach. Twitter locked the Post’s account for
two weeks, then admitted after the election that it had
made a mistake.
It was a chilling exercise of raw political power by an
unaccountable Big Tech—the term given to the oligopoly
of global corporations that dominate the information
technology industry.
The coordinated censorship of America’s oldest
newspaper, with the fourth largest circulation in the
nation, amounted to election interference.
It was a historic moment that rang alarm bells around
the world and would harden resolve on Capitol Hill to
rein in the power of the social media giants.
Polls suggest that if the full story of the Bidens’
international influence-peddling scheme had been told
before the election it could have changed votes in crucial
marginal seats and possibly flipped the result.
I have authenticated material on the laptop by
interviewing, on background, several recipients of
Hunter’s emails and messages. A collection of documents
obtained from Hunter’s former business partner Tony
Bobulinski, including WhatsApp messages with Hunter and
Jim Biden, crossmatches with material on the laptop.
Overseas payments into bank accounts linked to
Hunter and his associates, which were detailed by the
Senate Republican inquiry into Hunter, provided additional
context to bank statements and tax documents on the
laptop. Filling in the gaps were confidential “suspicious
activity reports” that banks are required to flag to the
Treasury Department.
Another point of light came from investigative
journalists Peter Schweizer and Matthew Tyrmand who
shared with me some of the material they were given
by one of Hunter’s jailed former business partners,
Bevan Cooney.
Corroborated from multiple angles, Hunter’s laptop tells
an alarming story of the national interest sold out for
personal gain at the highest level, in particular to
Communist China, our greatest strategic foe.
The conclusion is inescapable. The president cannot
extricate his family’s moneymaking schemes from
America’s foreign policy imperatives.

USA IN DEEP DOO DOO

Everyone should read this book. The level of corruption in our government as illustrated here is astounding. I sincerely pray that it is not too late. I will never vote for another Democrat again.

For those of you who couldn't get enough of Hillary's emails, try Hunter Biden's laptop.

Meanwhile, let's all ignore the TRAITOR who moved boxes of classified, top-secret documents to his hotel in Florida with the OBVIOUS INTENT of selling them to the HIGHEST BIDDER.

Depressing beyond description. I cannot.

Corruption beyond corruption. So many witnesses and evidence but even worse is the acceptance and interpretations of media and others concerning the reality of Chinese infiltrations in highest associations and protections of our own federal government (USA).

I had no idea that many important Chinese top rung have also been disappeared. $31 millions is a mere tip of the iceberg.

This is not a fun read and the language of quotes and message is deplorable gross. Nastiest I've come across in all of 2022 which is saying something considering some of the authors I've read. One ghastly detail after another all the way down to the last page.

Listing of characters and Biden family members/ associates separately was excellent. This is inclusive to the mere details too. Like the DNA testing etc. Joe Biden doesn't even know or state how many grandkids he has correctly.

But all of that is mere sand compared to the boulders of corruption and covering up that still proceed. And how the Chinese are embedded.

Drivel

Advertised as a big reveal, this book is a disappointment. Citations are weak. Assertions are without documentation. Adjectives are liberally thrown in that are obviously poetic license. Speculation is rampant. There is a suspension of belief necessary to adopt the premise that Hunter is a total ignorant novice who is able to get involved with mega deals where people dump money on him simply because he name drops. That can only go so far. Some of the more credible stuff involves his narcissistic interpersonal ramblings showing a true disconnect with reality derived from his pampered connection to privilege. The book is a fast read. It isn't worth the effort.

Hunter Biden took three laptops to a repair shop. One was fixed on the spot, another was deemed irreparable, and the other was left for repairs. Hunter never picked it up. The repair contract stated that unclaimed property became the store’s property after 90 days. So the owner examined the material and thought the FBI might be interested as it revealed lots of shady business dealings with the Biden crime family. He had a very hard time getting anyone interested, but a newspaper finally looked at the material and wrote a story about it. This story was suppressed and censored by Big Tech and all other news corporations because it would make Joe Biden look less appealing for the 2020 election.

The book details the story of the laptop but mostly what it reveals. There’s a lot about Hunter’s childish behavior and obscene lifestyle, and it’s fair to recognize that such things have little to say about Joe. But it reveals a lot of Joe’s lies as well as shady business deals with corrupt governments (like China, Russia, and Ukraine) that profited the Biden family. Hunter made deals that got him rich by selling access to Joe. Most of this we already knew or at least suspected; the laptop is just more concrete proof.

The writing style is clear and engaging and easy to read. If you weren’t already depressed by politics and privilege, you will be now.

This is from the news a while ago.

Laptop from Hell: Hunter Biden, Big Tech, and the Dirty Secrets the President Tried to Hide
by Miranda Devine

Soon after the Post’s story broke online, social media censored it. Facebook announced it had throttled the story’s reach. Twitter locked the Post’s account for two weeks, then admitted after the election that it had made a mistake. It was a chilling exercise of raw political power by an unaccountable Big Tech—the term given to the oligopy of global corporations that dominate the information technology industry.

For more than four decades as the senator for Delaware, Joe had leveraged a quid pro quo system of cronyism and trading favors for political influence, which has come to be known as the “Delaware Way.” He and his associates have spun it as a cordial system of bipartisanship where everyone comes out a winner. But federal prosecutors investigating corrupt campaign donations involving the Bidens described the Delaware Way more accurately as “a form of soft corruption, intersecting business and political interests, which has existed in this State for years.”

Joe liked to describe himself as the “poorest man in Congress. But he lived like a king, and the sorts of things that ordinary [people] save for and fret about were never a concern. Hunter’s role was to be the conduit to cash that sometimes was short for those who lived lives of service but still required luxury. This was the family business.

[Joe Biden] constructed a mythical persona full of tall tales of derring-do, exaggerations, and outright lies about his accomplishments. He lied about nonexistent academic awards and scholarships. He plagiarized speeches willy-nilly, and in one infamous case, appropriated the personal life story of British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock, pretending that he, too, was descended from coal miners and was the first in his family to get a college degree “in a thousand generations.” He routinely repeated far-fetched stories with himself as the big guy, including a favorite in which he single-handedly faced down a “bad dude” named “Corn Pop” who was armed with a straight razor and “ran a bunch of bad boys.” He pretended that he trained as a racial activist in black churches, claimed he was at the center of the civil rights movement in Selma and Birmingham, and stated he had been arrested in Soweto on his way to see Nelson Mandela in prison. None of it was true.

Joe has always made sure the Bidens lived a life of unearned privilege and entitlement under his beneficent patronage. His children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, brothers and sister, and a lucky few trusted advisors and their families, would want for nothing. Within the first few months of his presidency, at least five children of his top aides would secure coveted jobs in the new administration, the Washington Post reported.

After eight months of denials and stonewalling, and unnamed “White House individual with knowledge of Joe Biden’s schedules” told [fact-checker Glenn] Kessler that the VP did go to Café Milano that night but “only dropped by briefly to meet with one of the guests” and “there was no discussion of politics or business.” But of course, that’s not how it works. Joe just has to show up and shake hands. All that matters is that Hunter demonstrates his pulling power.

Hunter seemed not to worry that he was being asked to exert political influence through his father on the fragile interim government of Ukraine, two weeks before its presidential election, to benefit a corrupt business that was paying him $1 million a year.

Since [Ukrainian prosecutor] Shokin went back into retirement he has been busy trying to clear his name. When he heard Joe boasting that “he dismissed me and … actively interfered in managerial decision-making at the highest level in Ukraine. I felt that he humiliated not only our president, but the whole of Ukraine.” In April 2020, the Kyiv District Court ordered that Shokin be formally recorded as the victim of an alleged crime by the former US vice president. Joe’s identity was originally redacted, but the court ruled that he be formally named.

Hunter liked to say that Burisma was in the noble business of helping Ukraine gain energy independence from Russia. Yet all the people who introduced him to Burisma were aligned with Russia, and the Burisma’s owner, Zlochevsky, was the former ecology minister under the Russia-aligned President Yanukovych, who fled to exile in Moscow.

China’s princelings are the offspring of China’s original communist revolutionary heroes who enrich themselves, and their families through an elaborate system of nepotism and cronyism, holding senior positions in state-owned enterprises or becoming high-ranked politicians. They are China’s new aristocracy, rich and powerful clans drawn from the top Communist Party cadres through birth or marriage.

In that role [senator] Joe was an early champion of China’s entry into the World Trade Organization, a landmark decision that would deal a body blow to America’s working class. Millions of manufacturing jobs were here lost to cheap Chinese labor, but it was a price US leaders were willing to pay on the expectation that a rising tide of prosperity would lift all boats and that China would join the liberal-democratic world order. Two decades on, the main beneficiaries of globalization have been the world’s richest few, and China, far from liberalizing, has used (mostly American) advances in technology to perfect an unprecedented system of totalitarian repression that Hitler and Stalin could only have dreamed of.

It might have looked odd for a vice president to include members of his extended family in his entourage on state visits, but Joe had long made a practice of it. Along with his son, he brought along the middle of Hunter’s three daughters, Finnegan, then aged fifteen, whose presence served to reassure a domestic audience trained to regard Biden family grifting as just good ol’ Joe being a family man. The narrative has been honed and repeated for five decades until it is ingrained in America’s consciousness. Few at the time seemed to question the propriety of Hunter monetizing the relationships forged by his father in the foreign countries where Joe was deputized to project American power and prestige. But even the mildest inquiries about his presence at his father’s side on official trips were treated as an affront by Joe. He and his office always swore blind that he knew nothing about his son’s overseas business dealings.

It is hardly surprising that the Chinese would perceive the same advantages for themselves in the US when doing business with the son of an American vice president; it would be naive for Americans not to appreciate the expectations attached to Hunter Biden’s shareholding in a Chinese firm, inclusion on a Chinese board, and access to the inner sanctum of China’s elite.

The soaring trade deficit with China over the previous two decades had transferred the wealth of America’s middle class to China’s “red families” and bankrolled a global buying spree geared around its national ambitions. During the period from 2010, when Hunter and his family were doing business with the CCP, Chinese foreign direct investment in the US grew from less than $1 billion annually to nearly $5 billion in 2010, reaching a peak of $45 billion in 2016, according to the Rhodium Group.

As Jim talked, Bobulinski marveled at the political risk to Joe’s career if his family’s flagrant influence peddling during his vice presidency came to light. “How are you guys getting away with this?” he finally asked. ... Jim chuckled and looked knowingly at Bobulinski. “Plausible deniability,” he said.

On the Firearms Transaction Record he signed that day Hunter responded “No” to a question that asked, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Lying on that federal background check form is a felony, for which other people have been jailed.

On Wednesday, October 14, the New York Post published the first of a series of exclusive stories from the laptop—a 2015 email from Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi thanking Hunter for introducing him to the vice president. The mail put the lie to Joe’s claim he did not know about his son’s overseas business dealings. ... Six hours later, Facebook pulled the plug. ... Twitter followed suit, on the pretext that it violated rules against “distribution of hacked material.” The Post’s Twitter account remained locked for two weeks, until election eve. This was unprecedented, coordinated censorship by two of the largest multinational companies in the world. After the election, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey admitted the censorship was a “mistake” and acknowledged the laptop was not “hacked material.” Facebook never even bothered to reveal the results of its supposed fact-check.

Almost 50 percent of Biden voters polled after the election knew nothing about Hunter’s laptop, according to polling by the Media Research Center, and almost 10 percent said they would not have voted for Joe had they known. ... With fewer than 45,000 votes in three states deciding the outcome, it’s not unreasonable to say that suppression of the Post’s Hunter Biden story amounted to election interference.

Corruption evidenced at th he highest levels. Change parties. Do like President Reagan did with flight controllers. Fire them all. Accept applications, do backgrounds. Hire back public servants, not self-servants. Assign cases where much of the legwork has already been done by conscious people who pay attention at their work, and authors who can see the forest and the trees. Expect these newly minted professional law enforcers to make arrests and provide courts the chance to weigh the evidence. Where judges also fail, investigate them, then let their arrests and their evidence be weighed. Eventually, the various systems may be cleansed to the point of functional, and we may return to the normative expectation that criminals are NOT running the systems, but are properly being investigated, prosecuted, judged and sentenced by representatives who love and respect justice as God inspired it.

We're none of us good. But many are far less prideful, greedy, lustful and evil than many involved in this sad tale of debauchery, unfaithfulness, and dishonor.

We all need to do a better job of turning from and despising our baser inclination in the service, respect and love of our fellow citizen, and all human beings created in the image of our Lord and Savior and whom therefore deserve our love and care.

This is the basic concept that used to set us apart and gave us success in the world and led some of our forefathers to warn us that this republican form of government is not a suitable form for folk who put themselves above their brothers and sisters.

So, we need to adjust our attitudes, and help one another, watching over our elected servants with the knowledge that their temptations are great to spend our money as though it were their own personal funds and not only upon the simple and common needs which should only be the concern of a governing body. We should return to rationale limits and not expect that anyone owes us care and provision and we should each try and do our part to not become a burden for our neighbors.

Or, we should get ready for the yoke, greater injustices, and a pitiful, painful and ever more fleeting existence...soon.

I am not a political person and will be not rating this book. I found the content to be interesting, eye opening, and if the content is true, frightening. For me to have any opinion on the information gathered by Miranda Devine, and the information supposedly having been gleaned from the laptop of Hunter Biden, I felt I needed to read this book. I have my own opinions from the information I had obtained and choose not to sway anyone in forming their own, one may choose to read this book and decide for themselves about Hunter Biden, the dynamics of his family, and their business relationships.
