Lake County Oregon Land Sale Properties

Multnomah County Auction - May 6, 2024

Linn County Foreclosed Property Sale: Wednesday, May 22, 2024, 10 a.m.

The 2023 Lake County Foreclosure Land Auction was successfully held Monday, May 1st at 10:00am, and all of the 2023 properties have been sold. One (1) remaining property not sold from 2021 is still available Over-the-Counter to first come, first purchase, but it is not buildable. Email if you have any questions.

Available 'Over the Counter' Land Sale List

PLEASE NOTE:

Prior year properties not yet sold are still available for purchase. The list of these properties are on the above Available 'Over the Counter' Land Sale List. All are sold as is and available to the first one that pays for the property, except on the day when we reduce price (based on the % of RMV) when we hold a drawing if there are multiple persons interested in a single parcel. Potential buyers don't have to be present to purchase the property. Simply mail-in or come into the office to make a purchase according to the Lake Sale Policy.

All 2022 and 2023 properties have been sold. The 2021 properties are at 15% of RMV, which is the lowest % we can offer them, and we do not take offers. If you have any questions, please refer to the Land Sale Policy (linked below) or give us a call.  Thank you.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, cashiers check, personal check or money order. All check/money orders shall be payable to Lake County. As stated in the Land Sale Policy, each property must be paid for in full, plus a $185 administrative fee, at the time of purchase with separate payment for each parcel. Each year, prior to the Foreclosure Land Auction, the County has the list of properties published in the Lake County Examiner each of the four weeks prior to the auction. All properties are sold as is, thus a Quit Claim deed will be recorded for each parcel purchased.
