A lovely breakaway for my birthday, hotel is perfect right on the beach and central location which means it is a little bit noisy in the rooms especially with how the bar is set in the middle of the hotel but we didn’t mind it didn’t keep us awake. Bar staff around the pool, Osualdo couldn’t do enough for us we never went without drinks and he remembered our drinks without us even asking. The best staff member in the hotel. The food for all inclusive wasn’t that great or much choice it was very small so some nights we did eat out at bars. Receptionists weren’t very helpful with us having to check out at 12pm but not being picked up until 2:40pm, we had to pay to use the showers in the spa but we just used the outside shower and washed over our swimming stuff. We would stay again but it wouldn’t be first choice, it needs a little upgrading. It is cheaper to book your excursions in the hotel rather than on the strip or online and Jessica is very very helpful and gives you discounts. The hotel is on the best part of the beach by far. We had a lovely lovely time in mexico.

We had a lovely week at the Reflect Cancun Resort. It is great for families who want to hang out at the beach/pool, which is what we did. The rooms were nice, but we did avoid the balconies. The railings and glass were loose and our room on the 11th floor had a rail that was not attached on one side. Too scary for clumsy kids who like to push against the glass to see. Also,it was noisy. Doors shutting, people talking in hallway could clearly be heard in the rooms. The food was good, especially for the kids. Burgers, chicken nuggets, fries. I felt the food was lacking good, fresh seafood such as shrimp. We enjoyed breakfast in the altitude tower every morning where the service from Jose was wonderful. Jahir was the best bartender and so much fun to talk with. Alejo was our favorite poolside server and never let us go without anything. The staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly the whole trip.

We had a very pleasant stay at Reflect Cancun. If you are looking for a resort with a beautiful beach this is the place for you. All restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ramone at the pool bar was especially wonderful. He was friendly and hard working. Ivette at the lobby bar was awesome as well. The check in staff could have been more friendly. Eating dinner at the various restaurants was difficult at times. Many nights there were long waits for dinner or you had to wake up early to make reservations. The food was adequate but there was a decent variety on the menus. The pools were very clean and pleasant. If you are looking for a place with a lot of entertainment/activities, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a beautiful place to lay on the beach or at the pool, you will love it here.

We enjoyed our week at Krystal Altitude but want to share a few things that we did not anticipate when we booked. There are a mix of pros and cons with this property as explained here. The beach is huge with powdery sand and swimming is fun and safe. It was interesting that many locals shared the beach, respecting the dedicated hotel areas. There are not enough palapas to meet the demand. The pools are nice but very small. Again, a lot of pressure to find a space. Overall it felt very safe walking both on the beach and the streets around the property. The view to the Caribbean and down the hotel strip is fantastic. The food quality at the a la carte restaurants was very good and the waiting staff were friendly and hard working. There were occasional challenges to get into an a la carte. The reservation system is unreliable and you can't book for more than 6 people. Several times one of the managers went over and above to help us get tables. The hotel could use another restaurant. The buffet is disappointing in the size and extent of options. The food they had was perfectly good, but it is a smaller buffet than other resorts we've been to. That area of the Cancun hotel zone is quite congested. This can impact some room balconies. Our first room had very loud HVAC noise from the adjacent Fiesta Americana. The hotel moved us after two days, but it was only marginally better as we still had noise from the Hyatt. The views are quite impressive, even when looking over a neighboring hotel. By the way, the hotel name is confusing. There are 2 towers, both called Krystal Altitude, but unless you specifically pay the substantial upgrade for the Altitude Plus, you will be in the original tower. We met other guests in the newer tower and they said the rooms were impressive. The original tower is very unique, but can be noisy due to the large inside atrium. To summarize, you get what you pay for with this resort. If you're budget conscious, it could be a good choice for Cancun.

Regarding other dinner reservation rules this are clearly explained to all our guest at the moment of booking your reservation with us and at your check in. We loved our stay at Reflect in Cancun. We loved being on the end of the Island because it felt so secluded, and yet so safe. The staff here was friendly, courteous, prompt and attentive. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day. The food options were plenty, and if you didn't want to eat on site one meal, it was a quick walk to authentic Mexican cuisine or other dining options. We really loved being near so many things to do even though we didn't venture off the property too often. The view was unparalleled! We had a few staff that deserve mention specifically including Jafir & Pedro (bartenders/servers) & Silvia from housekeeping. Everyone was amazing, but those three really shined during our week long stay!

We stayed in the Altitude tower in a corner unit partial ocean view suite. We were on the seventh floor and the view was amazing! The room was very spacious as well. The only complaints about the room is the uncomfortable chairs on the balcony and the seemingly paper thin door/walls (noise from the hallway and neighbouring suites was quite loud).
The beach was simply amazing! Best beach in Mexico I have ever been on. Only suggestion is to have more beach chairs available to guests.
Infinity pool exclusive to the Altitude tower guests was very nice. There were very few chairs available around this pool so you have to be on your game to score a spot.
The main pool was also nice. Alejo and Elena were the best and most attentive waiters. They even came to wish us well on the day we were leaving. We will miss them. If you happen to have them wait on you, you will never be disappointed. The staff at this resort is definitely top notch! Our waiter in the Altitude tower lobby bar also went above and way beyond expectations! I wish I could remember his name. He remembered us every day and had our drinks ready before we even asked!
The food at this resort was excellent! The best I have had in an all-inclusive resort. We generally do not eat beef when in Mexico as our Canadian beef is the best on the planet and tough to compete with. This is the only resort where I would recommend ordering a steak at The Grill restaurant. All the restaurants are excellent with great staff.
I would definitely stay here again. If great food, staff and beach are important to you, this is your spot!

We stayed for 4 nights at the Altitude Tower. The rooms are amazing, spotless clean, fabulous views. All the staff is really great except for one issue we had at the Grill restaurant. Luis at the beach was really good but special shout-out to Jahir and Cindy at the CoCo cafe. They made excellent coffee for us and remembered what we wanted. The beach is also amazing, however getting a spot is almost impossible. The altitude breakfast restaurant is OK, nothing special. It will be nice if they have a menu so you can see what the options are. The food is average to bad in the buffet. Breakfast is not good. We have never been to a resort that does not have bacon for breakfast. The cold cuts in the morning are not only bad but the same every day and the cheese selection is even worse. The Italian restaurant and the Grill were better but not great. We ended up going out 2 times. We actually tried to book the Mexican restaurant but unless you are in line at 4:30 you are out of luck. It is really too bad since the hotel, location, beach and staff are all excellent but the variety and quality of food are not at a 4 star level.

We (couple) came for a romantic weekend and had a wonderful time! As soon as we stepped on to the premises we were greeted and were helped all through the check in process. The resort was beautiful and had a unique cylindrical structure that makes this resort stand out from the other hotels. The pools were very clean and you could easily melt hours on hours of your day there, the beach especially. The available restaurants were an absolute highlight, the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, hibachi grill provided us with such savory meats and sweet desserts. The nightlife was quiet but peaceful allowing you a restful sleeping period. Highly recommend staying in the altitude tower as you not only get a nicer hotel room but you also get exclusive access to the altitude bar and infinity pool (adults) which added to our stay. The last point I want to make was the amazing service, be it at the pool or at the beach our needs were met and they worked hard to satisfy us. Shout out to Armando, he worked especially hard to make our stay feel so special and inclusive!

We stayed in the Altitude Tower and were treated really well. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Their were several restaurants including a buffet and the food was good. My two complaints are that there are not enough beach chairs (so many are reserved so they can get you to pay for them, which is not right!) Also, getting a reservation at one of the restaurants is brutal, forget it if you have a large party, you will never be able to eat together unless you go to the buffet.

Amazing vacation, hotel is in a supreme convenient location, walking distance to the main strip in Cancun, close to airport. The beach is stunning. Absolutely perfect, white sand, long, clean, and a bit unique as it’s at the end of a point. This seemed to prevent bad weather and seaweed from making its way to us. Perfection. The service on the beach is impeccable, cold drinks and good food all day, specifically Luis and Genlin for their top notch service at the beach and pool! There’s a great lounge bar with the best servers Carlos and Mario that plays music every evening. Was the perfect spot every evening for some fun. The Grill restaurant was delicious and our server Miguel was so professional and knowledgeable. You can book daily at the a la cartes. Loved this option! The buffet was ok, we only had breakfast there, it was everything you needed to start the day. The Take a Bite Deli is awesome, delicious morning cappuccinos and afternoon coffees with some sweet treats to go. Ruben and Alejandro were the most excellent baristas with friendly service each and every time. There was one person who went above and beyond with friendly helpful service, and his name is Fernando. He sells time shares( we didn’t buy or even consider) , but he really is a first face at entering the hotel and he was the most helpful friendly and kind staff we encountered. Huge thanks to him for just being awesome!! The layout of the hotel is easy, easy to find your way around, cant get lost. The one and only downfall is the rooms. They’re a bit dated, but especially the beds. They could use a new softer upgrade. Otherwise, I loved it there and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
