This article will show you how to install Krisp on your Mac/Windows machine.
Before installation
- Check the Krisp System requirements to ensure your device meets those.
- Make sure you have Mac Admin or Standard user's rights/or Windows Admin rights.
To install Krisp on your machine, you need to have a Krisp account.
- If you don't have a Krisp account yet, create a Krisp account.
- If you have a Krisp account, sign in to your Krisp account.
Installation steps
- After signing up, you will be redirected to the Install page. Click Install on Mac.
If you already have an account, go to the Download Krisp page of your existing account. -
Choose the installer based on your chip type and it will be downloaded to your machine. Click it to open.

The installer will open the Introduction step. Click Continue.

You will be led to the Destination Select step. Click Continue.

The destination is defined automatically and can't be changed in the process. -
You will be led to the Installation type step. Click Install.
- Enter the administrator password and click Install Software.
- After signing up, you will be redirected to the Install page. Click Install on Windows.
If you already have an account, go to the Download Krisp page of your existing account. - The installer will be downloaded on your machine. Click to launch it. Then click Run.
- The Setup wizard will be opened. Go through the steps to finish the installation.

Krisp is now installed on your device.
