Cheapest hotel option if you're staying in Nashville without a car and want to walk everywhere. Only 25 minutes walk from downtown Nashville and all main attractions. Pretty good deal.

Outdoor Pool on premises (working hours 9am-8pm). It's freezing in September-October, so when I swam on September 30th, I got a very refreshing doze of fall water. Cool amenity for the summer, though.

Room was clean, simple, and functional. No complaints about furniture, bathroom, or bed. All amenities worked (fridge, microwave, hair dryer).

Stains and small holes on bed sheets were the only nuances that could've been improved upon.

Your room will not be cleaned unless you specifically ask for it, so be warned.

Taking the stars off for the fact that you must pass stairs to get to ALL rooms, so if you have heavy luggage, strollers, or a wheelchair, you're out of luck--there's no accessible amenities. You have to lug your heavy bags, strollers, and wheelchairs up and down the stairs to get to the hotel complex. There are elevators to 2 and 3 floors. But that's a mute point given the stairs that you have to pass first, to get to the hotel complex.

Make sure you don't lose your room keys--you'll be charged $5 for each key, if you don't return them upon check in.

If you arrive earlier than 3:30pm check in time, you can leave your luggage with reception, and not lug it around the city.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews here, I feel like some people would book cheap hotels and expect a hotel with premium price. It doesn't work that way, this place is perfect. It does the job, stayed here for 2 night, very close to downtown. Very affordable and it has everything you need, from fridge, microwave, decent room, etc.... If you're on a budget and want to go to Nashville and be close to downtown this is the spot!

Was one of the only hotels in downtown area that wasn't over $300/night for the weekend. About a 1.5 mile walk to downtown which wasn't bad. Can get a scooter and ride that if walking is too much. The rooms were clean however the area of the hotel is behind a gas station that has some questionable clientele. Staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage there before check in. Breakfast was good with eggs, pancakes, and sausage. Not a bad stay if looking for a more reasonably priced hotel.

It's cheap (and still clean) and a close walk to the stadium which is what we needed it for. Just somewhere to stop, shower and sleep. It was well enough for that. Not in the best area but it's okay.

A humid sweatbox of a room with a weird dent in the bathroom floor, a toilet seat that wasn't properly attached to the toilet, a wet rag in the tub with a brown stain on it that I dared not to touch, bugs and TV reception that worked only when it wanted to.

And the location is SUPER sketchy. Homeless people everywhere. I was afraid to even leave my stuff in my room when I left for the show.

Aside from proximity to the concert I wanted to go to and the gas station next door selling my favorite soda, I would not stay here again.

The outside is rather rough but the interior is great. The parking lot is sketchy feeling so we definitely took all our stuff up to the room with us. The room itself had reasonably modern furnishings and felt comfortable to lounge in.

Confusingly the lobby is in the building in front separated from the building with the motel units themselves (I had to ask a housekeeper, ha.) The staff there are all kind of only half-engaged and definitely not good at customer service. They didn't even give us the wi-fi password.

At 2:15am we heard an angry man yelling loudly and pounding on doors somewhere outside. After fifteen minutes of this I called the front desk and informed them and was told "Oh I'll fix it." Another fifteen minutes of listening to the crazy person's hollering I called again and he mentioned "Security will be there soon." After another five minutes we called the cops. No idea how things got resolved but eventually the screaming man either stopped or was removed from the premises and we were able to resume sleeping. :/ I don't know how often this kind of thing happens but it was unnerving and definitely not conducive to a good night's rest.

In the morning we discovered the large breakfast area was completely closed even though when booking a reservation it said breakfast would be provided. Very disappointing.

Started out a bit rocky with a microwave and TV that didn't work. As soon as I mentioned it to John at the front desk, he was able to get me into a different room. He went above and beyond and got it taken care of quickly. We really appreciate the service he provided!

You really can't beat the location for the price! With some cosmetic updates, this place would be amazing. It's walking distance to the stadium with a great view of downtown.

      Would definitely stay here again.
