Meets the standard for this type of tool: endless canvas, easy to use, and includes important features like sticky notes, content layers, and content locks. But the BEST part of Klaxoon is its people! They are always so eager to solve my problem when I contact them on chat, and our organization was assigned a passionate Customer Success Manager who is easy to work with. The learning curve. It's not perfectly intuitive for a brand new user. When I conduct workshops I have to give an small orientation around the tool, which I never had to do in Whiteboard or Miro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What i like the most about Klaxoon, is the ease with which you can use the activities. I use "mission" a lot for internal programs and "session" to give training to our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i have detected is that when you duplicate a board or a session, the "live questions" are not duplicated as well. I use the most the "Board" and "Session" to complete my objectives as a digital project manager. The template library is very inspiring, anyone can launch a workshop or experiment with all these ressources.

J'aime la possibilité de pouvoir l'utiliser pour un simple petit quiz comme pour l'animation d'un atelier avec plusieurs activités grace au board. J'aime aussi la mise a disposition par Klaxoon des nombreux templates qui répondent à nombre de situations : ice breaker, design thinking, etc. Autant d'activité que l'on anime en réunion, atelier ou formation. The flexibility of the tool, the many templates available and constantly restocking that save time. I also like to facilitate it to reappropriate them. We can practically do everything with the help of the extremely large whiteboard and we always find a trick to achieve our goals thanks to the palette of tools and the rather rich features offered by Klaxoon. Klaxoon gives the impression to users (participants) that it is extremely simple and that everything is done in a snap of the fingers. This still requires facilitation skills and upstream work that is not negligible. It is also necessary to take the time to train in Klaxoon as a whole to understand the range of tools available, all the modules and their interest in order to use them wisely. It would also be interesting to have more options, in particular to export data and images in very high quality for A0 type prints, for example, to facilitate face-to-face renderings. What I like best about Klaxoon is that we can transform what would be a boring meeting or training into a very interactive activity. I use Board a lot, it is a good feature both to gather insights before the meeting and to put new ideas during the meeting itself. I don't think Klaxoon has something that is not useful or that does not work properly. What I'd love to see as an improvement would be templates as "mindmap" having automatic connections between ideas - instead of us having to draw them -, to save some time. Excellent collaborative whiteboard tools in a powerful meeting package. Adding live video feeds on the board makes Klaxoon a one-stop-service for both the brief ad-hoc creative session with impressive templates and the carefully planned event using all the before/during/after features. Despite the richness of the full package, Klaxoon has retained a simple and effective interface that helps preparations and co-created content to be shared and repurposed for digital learning packages. Nothing to dislike, a few corners that will improve over time - like greater native file support and a more intuitive switch from modify to presentation mode as one needs the first to be dynamic in the latter. Basic functions adapted to different use cases from different functions. Launching a survey, animating a brainstorming to create some new solutions and then animating a Board to monitor the status of your actions are the basic functions any project manager from any any job field will need. What I like in Klaxoon is that it creates a common bridge in terms of way of working between all functions and job fields in the company.

The equilibrium between subparts of the Klaxoon platform is too strong. Klaxoon board catch the attention, is in the middle of everything. It evolves a lot and gets new features and improvements constantly. What is the best?
Probably the wealth of this solution regarding what you want to do and how you want to engage people :
- If you are very creative, you can perform amazing board
- if you need a very rigorous survey, you can use this activity
- if you want to break the ice and engage attendees by gaming, you can create an adventure
- if you have to manage a global event such as a seminar with top-down speech but also interaction, use the Session module and add different activities...
The best is the solution :-) and this appropriation is not too much complex.
Moreover, we benefited strong support from the Customer management services of Klaxoon to kick off the solution in a very good way.

Honesty, nothing !
But obviously, some features could be improved in the future, like shared the management with someone else for a survey or an adventure, or the ability to host video in Stream for those who work with M365 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is really easy-to-use even for beginners. It fits all kind of meetings, from agile workshops to different kinds of training. The availability of data 24/7 makes people involvement very fruitful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
