Dropping a short note to thank the team for another memorable stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Despite a very obviously busy festive weekend, we experienced the highest standards of care and hospitality. Kudos once again to the unparalleled Grand Club team for always “making it happen” – they must have hidden superpowers not visible to the ordinary guests! Special shout-out to Scott at the Grand Club. His cheerful, accommodating and never-say-no attitude, always executed with genuine warmth, is such a rarity in even top-notch hospitality these days. He sets a high bar for himself and his team, which is evident in the flawless running of the Club and the happy faces of his guests. Also wanted to flag that we were impressed by the above-and-beyond professionalism demonstrated by Agnes Chan of the F&B team. We had ordered some dinner from the Steakhouse, and requested for the steaks to be cooked a bit more. Agnes personally delivered the new steaks, proactively replacing them with new ones, and when we wanted some more food, she spent time on recommendations and called colleagues at room service to ensure we got the right orders – all this at 10pm in the evening (after what must have been a long day)!
Thanks once again for helping us welcome the Year of the Ox in such a marvelous fashion … We are all looking forward to our next stay because we just can't get enough of this Grand Old Dame!
