Everything in this hotel is as good as expected. All the little details were taken care of. The pillow, blanket and towel were clean and fresh. The dinner in One Harbour Road and the buffet breakfast at Grand Cafe were excellent.

我們的package是30小時海景view房間,包tiffin dinner buffet, grand cafe breakfast buffet, tiffin tea set box (take away).

因為連接會展的通道封左,天氣太熱唔想行太遠,選擇喺香港站撘的士都係跳一兩下錶。check in 非常快,我地未夠3點check in,可以聽日9:30pm先check out.

28樓的房間,乾淨唔舊,無敵海景睇晒維港兩岸,食dinner前落左gym room,員工服務態度非常好,住客唔多,設施乾淨,有冰毛巾供應。

Tiffin dinner buffet唔使多講,水準很高,同出面好多出名好食既buffet唔同,有部分菜色喺出面食buffet好少見,如果你係會想試多啲高水準既熱葷而唔係只係猛chur蟹腳, 生蠔, 鵝肝, 呢度非常適合, 不過想chur既, 呢度都有供應, 座位之間有一定距離, 而且枱既數目唔多, 食得好舒服.

第2朝早餐係grand cafe buffet, 食物款式多, 生果,果汁種類都好多. 個package仲包一個tiffin tea set box, 因為仲未使check out住, 所以直接在房間食, 大約12款野食, 同tiffin high tea堂食既款式差唔多,除左精緻亦好好食.

我地最後大約5pm check out, 冇真係stay到9:30pm. Overall, 無論房間, 食物, services都係水準之上. 有機會會再encore.

Thank You for the warmest welcome.
We had an enjoyable and wonderful birthday celebration in this travel experience. Even though I'm not a gold list club member, all the staff gave me elegant and polite service, especially the front desk staff, French gourmet staff and housekeepers. We cannot wait for the next journey with G. Hyatt H.K. again.

Good: There was a nice lovely note from the GM of the hotel on arrival with a nice bottle of wine and fruits. They also sent up a mini birthday cake with a candle.

Very disappointed:
1. When we checked-in to our room we realised that the room we booked albeit it being a higher grade than our previous stay, we much preferred the lower grade room as we liked the full window with no separation of the living room like our new room. We called reception immediately to ask if we could have a room like our previous room (I think it was the Executive 180-degree view room). They said it was fully booked for both nights.
Secondly, I specifically requested a quiet room as I know there are some works happening around the hotel. This was also the case on our previous stay but it was much quieter than our current room as our current room was directly above and facing the site. We woke up the next morning at 7.45am from the noise. The whole reason for our staycation was to get some sleep-ins as we have a baby at home....
We then went to the Club reception to convey our feedback and enquire again perhaps they have another room available preferably our old room type. The lady at reception gave us misleading information and kept insisting that our room was a quiet room and the Executive rooms were even noisier. We have direct proof that our old room is facing the harbour instead of the East corner side where our room was currently facing! We are so very disappointed and upset about this. On top of that, we did not receive any news after our enquiry be it a yes or no, we would have appreciated an answer but right up until our check out, we did not receive any news at all from the hotel. Then on our way back to our room, we saw a couple checking in to the room we wanted! We also specifically said that we don't mind moving rooms the next night but it seems all our requests fell on deaf ears and there were no effort done to try to make our stay better but instead the entire experience was just unpleasant. If I were a staff, I would have moved us to the lower grade room and upgraded the couple who was checking in. It would have been a win-win situation. We would really appreciate some compensation as overall it was definitely not worth the price we paid for the new upgraded room as we preferred the lower grade room and we did not get quality sleep as before as our room was directly facing the construction site.

On the other hand, please accept our most sincere apologies for the disappointment with our approach in managing your request for a room of your preference and for the noise disturbance caused by the government waterfront project taking place adjacent to the hotel. 到埗:預先網上check in,於下午1:30分左右到埗,由幫手處理行李,checkin,代客泊車到安排房間都令客人感受到五星級酒店的氣派和賓至如歸的感覺。非常感謝酒店安排了兩間海景的connecting room 和給小朋友的生日禮物。

房間:到達房間時,bb床已預先set 好,房間清潔度令人滿意,感覺很清新和整潔。燈光和電視操作上很簡單直接,十分方便。

室外兒童樂園:設施充足,有多個滑梯千秋等,保養唔錯,亦都乾淨。

泳池:分時段開放,房間內有中英文的通告指出「星期五至日和公眾假期」要於每個時段開放前半小時排隊拎飛,入住當日是公眾假期前一天,但到我預早20分鐘到達時被告知已派左飛,兩位小朋友非常失望,不知是否我自己理解錯張通告,check in時查詢也只被告知要排隊入場,並沒有說當天會派飛。(最後派Waitlist 有得游)

晚飯:港灣壹號安排了落地窗口位,食物色香味俱全,水準一流。侍應Chloe 姐姐的服務很專業細心,更對我小朋友間斷的嘈吵聲表現出很極高的忍耐和愛心。酒店餐廳能有這位極優秀的員工真是非常幸福,一定能吸引客人再次光臨。

整個staycation package 不但包括左自助早餐和take away tea set,更並排了可於28小時後check out,令我們一家人可在房間望著維景,優哉游哉地品嘗甜品。希望日後能在Grand Hyatt 再和家人享受美好時光。
