The hotel is busy with local staycation offers and that the staff may be overwhelmed and overworked. Their attitude and response are not professional with several incidents have been happened during our stay - odd smell from the toilet area, incomplete closed of black out blind, lot of ants from the wooden drawer, sink stopper malfunction, gym center with children under 10.....The hotel has lots of area to be improved.

Superb nice view from my room. I booked Plateau and they arranged me a room with terrace. It’s a generous offer as I understand they’re very busy recently due to the high demand of staycation in Hong Kong. Thanks very much for their decoration and the birthday cake. The decoration was not too over but I can feel their kindness.

The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially in the lounge. They care you very much all with good manner. I saw a child broke a plate and the staff come up immediately and take care of the injury of the child. It’s warm.

Food are nice in the lounge, especially during the happy hour. The DIY hamburger is nice and the dessert are outstanding. Croissants are very delicious and creepy. The best lounge catering I have tried in Hong Kong.

I highly recommend to you all and I will definitely to stay in their hotel again.

Visited last friday.

The tomahawk by gh steakhouse was excellent, m9 striploin was okay. The only comment on the experience, it has divided into 2 sessions on Friday 1800-2000: 2000-2200. Its relatively too short, and keep rushing for the whole dinner. At the end, we could not finish all the drinks, it was a waste ( we ordered 1 bottle of wine, 1 sparkling and 1 still, 3 person in total). And the drinks weren't charged by headcount like amber, its charged by bottle like $85 per bottle. We spent 4.7k in total, ~1.6k per head, it was not pricey, but i did expect it will be a more decent dining experience.

Understood GH would like to maximize the revenue and table turning rate, but it makes people felt like having fastfood. I will suggest restaurant could do 2 session with those would like to order promotion set menu. And no time limit for those ordering a la carte or dinning with beverage. Restaurant could also set a minimum charge for those would not follow the time session arrangement.

And much appreciated the help from the reception. I forgot his name, the manager was wearing a full suit and was on duty during 1950-2000 at reception. As I forgot to shave beforehand, i would like to buy a one time shaver. He was helpful and didn't discriminate guest on stay or dining, and offered me a free shaver, also offered to show me the way to.steakhouse. Gh has shown excellent hospitality, decided to spend my birthday here as my coming staycation venue.

Great end for a stay cation.. amazing place .. The staff was very helpful and freindly .. check in was done by marco (front desk team) who was very professional and even helped us book a massage for us at the spa. He is a great service ambassador for your hotel. A special mention should also go out to the spa team who provided us with a massage from heaven .. great service from Priya and Mika of the spa team

You will experience the highest standard and stable in both accommodation and dinning experience in Hong Kong. Right next to Hong Kong Exhibition Centre.

Great harbour view, nice room decor, I personally like bath tub location (maybe not good for some people). Harbor view and TV and bath tub. Nice and relax.

Japanese Tappan restaurant is GOOD! Don't miss it!

Lounge food and service are great, food at cocktail time taste good.

Swimming pool like a resort! Just chill!

Want to try Grissini this time, always full, have booked next time.

Room tip: harbour view, higher floor
