Court House employees very unprofessional . For being a Superior court the Judge acted like he was on the people court ! Joke

This place is way far from professional and should be audited starting with the clerks. The many times I went there they were very rude they do not greet you they get upset when you ask questions or to direct you in the right direction. There is one there who displays her tattoos that should not be allowed and then the makeup they wear is like they are going to a nightclub bright red lipstick or black lipstick is so unprofessional. Then moving on to the courtroom and the attorneys is far far from what a good legal system should be. They avoid the topic they victimize the victim and they do not know the current laws. horrible experience. I do not reccomend this place and it should be audited.

Great food amazing scenery. Awesome place to take the kids on the weekend. If your looking to get away this is the place to go.

I dread going to the clerk's window because I know what I have to endure
I've had to visit several times this year and now cringe if my number is about to be called and one of the worst clerks is finalizing their transactions
The best of them is the one that although remains stoic at least isn't openly rude Still no smiles or greetings of course. Who puts them working with tax payers who pay their salaries? I want a refund .
It's sad to see such a beautiful facility with so many great things being marred by such unfriendly and insulting clerks who roll their eyes if asked a question
If they had to work in the private sector they'd be fired
However, if you ever want to be treated with respect and need any help with forms etc, the self help staff are awesome. Very friendly and willing to smile!!

Only thing that saved this from less was the phenomenal judge and the cleanliness of the facility. This was my second time here. The ladies who work the family court windows were extremely rude both times. Never smiling, condescending and overall unhelpful. I finally got a little mouthy with one after her repeated try at making me and my mother in law feel like idiots. The other woman has more interest chatting at the printer then assisting and w were constantly told TAKE ANOTHER NUMBER even tho no one was waiting and she wasn't working. People needing to be there don't WANT to be there, we HAVE to and it would be nice to show both compassion and professionalism. You get paid to service the people, not pass judgements and chat with your coworkers in eyes view. Judge Rynda was amazing. Kind, understanding, yet very educated in her profession and well put together. She was familiar with each case and when she needed more time, had no issue setting future dates. She had the best interest of each child she went over at heart. She was great and I feel very blessed we got her. She never passed tones and when needing clarification asked so with reiteration , not condescending at all. The ladies at the window should take notes on her class and kindness to better help them serve the people in need of assistance.

I was given a restraining order by this court and then not told where to take it. The court clerk also told me If the person in question in my restraining order is still harassing me to let police know and they will deal with it as if I have a restraining order. Lemoore police have refused to act on said information, Kings county sheriffs told me that information is false and nothing can be done to protect me until it is served. 3 weeks later I make it out to Hanford again to try and get my restraining order served and was told by the sheriffs I had waited to long and it could not be served. Furthermore the person who the restraining order should be protecting me from has continued to harass me and I have tried reporting it to Lemmore police, Tulare sheriff (where I live), and the kings county sheriff and none will intervene at all. This woman has a felony history of beating men, and I was told by an officer because I didn't know the exact day she was born that there is nothing they could do. Keep stealing my tax dollars and using it for absolutely nothing I will ever appreciate you crooks.
