This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was incredibly kind. They made sure we felt special, and made our kids feel special. When we arrived, they were right on top of everything, stuffed animals for kids, something to drink. It continued throughout. Truly appreciate it!

We have stayed in this beautiful hotel in August and have been really impressed with the customer service in Grand Kempinski .Everyone has been very helpful and attentive ,breakfast menu is amazing and location must be one of the best in Vilnius.Rooms and the spa area are spacious, you couldn't fault it

Been travel many countries stayed in 4-5 star hotel . You can’t miss this one . As their services is amazing good !! And full body massage can beat Asian’s massage . Furthermore their bar tender even can remember what I have last night for my tea . And suggest I can order that !!! With great room services . They will definitely make sure you are comfortable . The Kempinski hotel in Vilnius in (1)services wise (2) the room comfortable wise ( 3) massage and spa wise is so far in my travel diary the best one . The food services can be seen from my below photo , which I just order a scoop of ice cream and a cup of tea ( which end up come up with sophisticated whole set )

My wife and I recently booked a four night stay at the Grand Kempinski Vilnius as part of our 14 day tour of the Baltics. We had an exceptional experience at this gem of a hotel. With spectacular views of Cathedral Square from our room, there is no better place to stay when visiting Vilnius The Kempinski Hotel brand stands out as one of the leaders in the five star category of high end hoteliers in the world. They provide Great food! Great ambiance! Great service! Great Location! Kudos to management and the Kempinski Vilnius staff who made our stay a very memorable experience! WE WILL RETURN!

The service in this hotel is at the highest level. You can see and feel that the hotel staff members are eager and really want to help with any question or request. The location of the hotel is very unique and beautiful. We were greeted with warm towels and welcome drinks, led to the room and provided with all the information. The view to Cathedral Sauare from the room was amazing and the Spa very relaxing. Food and servixs at the restaurant as well exeptional!

Beds were soft, room was exceptional. Food was incredible and the staff were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. My friend has Parkinson’s and even though we did book a room for disability they automatically gave one on check in. It is a dog and child friendly hotel.

This hotel has a legacy in Vilnius and that's for a reason. I stayed there 3 times already and loved it every time. It may not be the newest anymore, but wow, do they know how to treat their guests and look after them. I book the 24-Like-Never Before package, got the upgrade, free parking and were able to use the room for 24 hours from check-in, such a unique idea.
Team was fantastic and the food was incredible. I think they reduced their menu a bit, but all the dishes we tried were super tasty, especially the burger, so juicy.
Spa is fantastic and fully open. Great jacuzzi. Gym could be bigger but has everything you need to work off that burger.
Very cozy hotel and I will definitely be back soon.

The customer service is very professional, thanks to Tomas, nothing was missing during our stay, everything was thought out down to the last detail.
