Cons: "Flew first class but still had to pay for internet. We also waited 20 minute in the runway after landing"
Pros: "Crew very helpful and accommodating."
Cons: "The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances."
Cons: "I had a tight connection, but made it to the gate in time. I walked down the jetway to what appeared to be a locked door, with no one there to guide me on how to board. It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful."
Cons: "Flight was delayed almost 3 hrs. Ran out of food right before my row. I upgraded my seat but feel I got the short end of the stick."

Cons: "Honestly, while it would always be nice to have a little more leg room. I would like to fly a little more conveniently though as the back of the legs near the knees always gets pressure and cause swelling. Some form of foot rest with a stand might alleviate some of the pressure and ankle swelling."
Cons: "Virgin Atlantic has had better days. Living off of a long gone reputation. Great staff but old and worn out planes. Code sharing has done them no favors!"
Flight was cancelled, no follow up on what to do, crew was grumpy and not friendly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
The whole process for us was easy and seamless. Nice crew, on time departure, easy flight, very little if any turbulence. There’s no entertainment on short haul flights however passengers were chatting to each other about their trip which was good to hear vs plugged in. Vegan options for purchase would be good. Overall a really good flight experience.
I asked to cancel the flight two weeks before but the customer service agent said I can't. Now I just lost 600+ CAD for nothing. Never again on Kayak. I will never recommend it.
Better legroom, but it’s expected in economy class. Otherwise great experience
The seats are too small. There are no screens for in flight movies which means you have to go to their app. Which is hard to get on. The usb ports are hard to get at. The flight crew particularly the female flight attendant was cranky. All in all I’m trying air Canada next time.

Cons: "There was only one agent on to check tickets. I was in line for 45 minutes and when I got to her, she just said over and over, there is nothing I can do, your flight time was just cut off. I would have to wait until the flight the next day. Even though I had no bags and there was still 35 minutes before take off. I also told her I knew I would be late and so spoke to someone from Westjet he night before. She smiled like I was lying to her. Lines should not be so black and white. If she would have just processed my ticket I would have had 35 minutes to get to my gate instead of 10. When you are flying with half full planes there should really be better ways to manage customer service."

Cons: "My checked baggage did not make it on this flight even though it was checked in over an hour before the flight. I have been getting the runaround at the Baggage Claim area and on the phone. It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system."
Cons: "In-flight movies were broken the entire flight. There was no way to charge a phone or laptop despite the 3+ hour flight time. My 45 minute hopper from RDU to CLT had both plug and USB. Additionally AA does not offer free messaging."

Pros: "The crew on today’s flight were phenomenal!! Wish I got their names. But as my mother worked for AC for 26 years so I travelled A LOT!! Have to say they were the best I can ever remember!"
Cons: "When checking in all three Aguiar seats were rows away from each other. Bus to plane was not convenient. Think assistance and children should be last on to decrease wait time as they will also be last off. Just felt that for years."
Pros: "I really liked that the time changed to a more reasonable arrival time. Usually that flight gets in way passed 10 and it’s makes for a long day of travel. I appreciated arriving earlier and on time."

Cons: "Just before boarding it was announced that there would be no hot water on board and passengers should try to run and get a coffee at the airport. 5 hour flight ahead. I didn't have free hand to carry a coffee on board.So no coffee or tea. Also no water in the bathrooms! All meals for purchase were not loaded so no veggies or any gluten free options for purchase. Wanted to buy Duty Free and was told that it wasn't loaded either for some reason. The cabin was a bit cool and after 4 hours of cold drinks I was a bit chilled and asked for a blanket only to discover that they only sell them to the passengers. Then I got the giggles as they thanked us for choosing Air Canada voted number one airline in North America. Hilarious!!!"
Everything went smoothly and even though flights were being canceled all over mine took off and I was home for Christmas! We had a slight delay but crew made it out quickly. Seats are slightly uncomfortable but it’s what ya get Overall great flight

Cons: "My second (of three) flights was late. United texted me that my next gate was a “2 minute walk” from my arrival gate. Instead, it was a 15 minute walk plus a shuttle bus away. The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late."
