Jamie Hince 'to cite adultery in divorce proceedings as Kate Moss' relationship with Nikolai von Bismarck continues to play out in the public eye'
Jamie Hince plans to cite 'adultery' as the reason for his split from wife Kate Moss, according to a new report.
The Kills frontman, 47, and the supermodel, 42, are believed to have ended their relationship last July, and Kate has since been linked to Count Nikolai von Bismarck.
The Sun newspaper reports that Jamie is ‘biding more time’ before he starts the alleged divorce proceedings, with friends of the rocker claiming he is furious about the model’s new reported romance.

‘Jamie cannot believe how blatant Kate’s relationship has been,’ an insider told the publication.
‘They have been photographed together a lot. He is keeping some of the pictures and planning to use them when the couple divorce.’
Kate has not been photographed with her estranged husband - who she wed in a star-studded ceremony in 2011 - since April.
Taking action? The Sun newspaper reports that the Kills rocker is ‘biding more time’ before he starts the alleged divorce proceedings
‘He is unlikely to go for Kate’s money, as he is financially secure and not that sort of person,’ the source explained, before adding: ‘Kate’s not doing anything about a divorce. She is too busy having fun and spending time with Nikolai.’
Representatives for Kate and Jamie have been contacted for comment by MailOnline.
The fashion icon has remained tight-lipped about the state of her relationship status, but has failed to deny reports she is now in a relationship with Nikolai, who is 13 years her junior.
The two - said to have been long-acquainted through his mother, Debonnaire, a socialite who is friends with Kate - and reportedly began renting part of her London home in October.

Kate reportedly spent Christmas with the aristocrat alongside Lila Grace, Kate's daughter from her previous relationship with magazine publisher Jefferson Hack.
But a few week ago, the new romance was thrown into doubt after recent reports suggested Kate barely spoke to her new beau at her star-studded 42nd birthday following a huge row.
The mother-of-one threw a lavish bash at her Cotswolds home for her A-list pals last month.
A source at the time told The Sun On Sunday: 'They had a massive argument, I have never seen them fall out like that. They barely spoke. They weren’t really together at all.
'She was in the barn area dancing and he didn’t seem to go in there. She was moaning about him being too needy and spent most of the night chatting to others. And he was telling people she was too self-absorbed, saying it was all about Kate.'
