The eternal struggle between Kate Middleton and the wind has been thoroughly documented.
We don’t think we’d be remiss in describing their relationship as love-hate. Think about it: It’s love when the wind is blowing beautifully through Kate’s hair and making her look like a model in a shampoo commercial.
But it’s HATE when the wind is whisking her skirt up and exposing a bare butt to the world!
Then you get a bunch of think-pieces about how inappropriate it is that Kate’s skirt keeps going up and why she won’t just put weights in the hems of her frocks.
But we think *secretly* everybody loves it. Which is why we put all those moments in a handy-dandy post for your enjoyment:
Most recently, Kate’s skirt went up when she was meeting the President of Singapore on October 21. We didn’t see any butt, but we did see her knees and, like, two inches above them.
While visiting Australia with Prince William and Prince George in April of this year, she had a small upskirt moment when exiting a plane in a gorgeous yellow Roksanda Ilincic dress. Luckily, the skirt only had a short slit that flapped upward, but didn’t expose any private body parts.
Things got almost R-rated when she first touched down in Australia with George and William, as the wind blew up her skirt and showed everyone Kate’s incredibly toned thigh muscles. Next time, William should carry George so Kate can have a hand free to hold it all together.
At the Place2Be charity event in November 2013, the Duchess showed a bit more thigh than she’d planned while stooping to greet a youngster. Even with her pantyhose on, it was a pretty hot sight!
Prince George can later boast that he was part of his mum’s upskirt moment during the inauguration of Warner Bros Studios in London around April 2013. Nothing was revealed but it got dangerously close!
In September 2012, Kate struggled to keep her butt covered while exiting a jet to greet an official in Brisbane! AWKWARDNESS!!!
Kate’s slightly flared skirt opened up like a parachute while in Singapore in 2012 during her and William’s tour of the South Pacific!
One of Kate’s most infamous upskirt moments happened during her and William’s official visit to Canada in July 2011. Even William’s jacket hem can’t stay put! Seriously, though, the Duchess has incredible legs!
