This was my first home purchase and Karen made the entire process extremely easy. She's an accomplished professional, honest, and just an all around incredible person. She got me the deal I wanted, at the price I wanted, and with the terms I wanted. She kept me informed along the way, and provided her opinion effortlessly when she thought I was asking for too much during the sale or too little (as far as what the seller was willing to fix, etc.) Karen is definitely an agent you would want to represent you and I would highly recommend her.
