While on the In Good Faith with Chelsea & Judah Smith podcast, Hailey Bieber opened up about why she refused to "abandon" her marriage while her husband experienced mental health struggles. "I remember I called [my mom] a few different times, one particular time when we were in Brooklyn and I was calling her, I was crying, and I was like, 'I just can’t do it. There is no way that I’m going to be able to do this if it’s going to be like this forever,'" she said. February 13, 2019: Hailey explains why she changed her last name
Her name might be Hailey Bieber now, but that doesn't make her any less of a Baldwin. Hailey recently opened up to Bustle about how she decided to change her last name to Bieber.
"I'm very proud of my family name," she said. "I come from a great family with a history in this industry. I remember when I was going to change it, I asked my dad if he was going to be upset and he was like, 'No! I don't care. We love you. All good, everyone still knows you're a Baldwin.' It's true!"
Hailey also revealed that it took some time before she got used to it.
"It took some getting used to, for sure. It's definitely strange, it takes adjusting," she said.
February 8, 2019: Hailey explains how Justin proposed
Seven months after Justin Bieber got down on one knee, we finally have clarity on how the singer popped the question! In "73 Questions with Hailey Bieber," Vogue got the real deets on the engagement that we've been waiting to hear.
"We were on a trip to the Bahamas and we were alone in a house just the two of us," Hailey explained, showing off the ring. "It was very special."
The model also clarified that Justin asked Hailey's dad for permission before asking for her hand in marriage. How traditional?!
In the interview, Hailey also admitted that she hasn't been spending that much time on wedding planning, though she does have a dress picked out and it's "an off-white color." While a new date has yet to be selected since the couple postponed the wedding for the third time, we can't wait to see Hailey in that undoubtedly gorge off-white dress.
January 2, 2019: Justin serenades Hailey
After a New Years Eve spent in Hawaii, Justin and Hailey are back in LA, and Justin is back to singing. Sorry, no, not serious, in the studio singing, but he is serenading Hailey, which is also pretty adorable.
Waiting outside a hotel in LA, Justin got a little antsy, and he started belting out Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healing." While at first he just sings to Hailey, he quickly gets the attention of a stranger standing nearby. Justin grabs the stranger's hand, and then pauses his performance so the two of them can take a picture. But it isn't long until Justin is belting out some notes again.

November 29, 2018: Hailey opens up about if kids are in her future
Hailey Baldwin Bieber is on the cover of Vogue Arabia and she's opening up about the future of her relationship with Justin, including kids. YES, KIDS! Hailey revealed that they don't have plans to have children "anytime soon."
With her crazy schedule and their recent marriage, it's not surprising to hear that Hailey and Justin want to take some time for themselves before they officially take that next step. She also said that she's taken extra steps to keep herself grounded after these past couple of months.
"I spend increasingly less time on social media," she said. "This has helped me balance everything that comes with this life."
Despite spending less time on her Instagram and Twitter, she can't stop posting photos of her and her husband together.
Here's hoping that never stops, cause we can't get enough of the two of them together!
November 25, 2018: Justin and Hailey Bieber officially tied the knot
Looks like Justin and Hailey are MARRIED married! The newlyweds were spotted at a Toronto Maple Leafs game wearing matching hockey jerseys that say "Mr. Bieber" and "Mrs. Bieber," Cosmopolitan.com reports.
Then, they awkwardly made out on the jumbotron in front of the entire stadium.
November 24, 2018: Justin confirms that he is married
Justin confirms via Instagram that he and Hailey are married. Posting for Thanksgiving, he said:
Happy late thanksgiving to everyone. First thanksgiving as a married man, first time hosting thanksgiving. First time both sides of the family has come together. Relationships are hard and love isn’t always easy but thank you Jesus for showing me how! Every day is a learning process, trying to be more like him, patient, kind, selfless, boy I got a long way! November 17, 2018: Hailey changes her last name on Instagram
This is not a drill! Hailey just changed her name on Instagram to Hailey Bieber, confirming she took his last name when they got married. Hailey previously wore a Bieber jacket to a Levy's event earlier in the week.
Justin previously called Hailey his wife in an Instagram post, so it's not too surprising to see her finally go through the name change online.
Despite the recent name change on Instagram, Hailey still hasn't changed her name on Twitter.
Will she change it soon? Guess we'll have to wait and see!
November 16, 2018: Justin calls Hailey his wife on Instagram
Hailey and Justin have been showing off their love for each other on social media A LOT recently. In addition to the two steamy pics they both posted, Justin also shared this adorable paparazzi shot with the caption, "My wife is awesome." Unlike the other photos, which are heavy on the PDA, this one is so sweet and pure!
In a much less pure act of admiration, later, when Hailey posted a model shot of herself in a winter coat, Justin was quick to let her know how the post made him feel. "Ur just too much," he wrote. "U turn me on."
All of this public affection comes amid reports that Justin feels "unsettled" in his marriage. "He is in love with Hailey and he’s very happy about that." a source told People. "He knows he has achieved so much at a very young age. But I’ve seen this before, he’s left with the feeling of 'is this all there is?'"
While Justin is struggling to find meaning in his life and marriage, Hailey is living her best life and truly embracing her new name. At a Levi's event, Hailey was seen rocking a jean jacket with "Bieber" written on the back.
She also has no time for drama. After following a Selena fan account, @houseofsel, Hailey quickly unfollowed the account, but not before the owner caught wind of her fleeting fan.
Later, Hailey reached out to @houseofsel, saying she followed the account by accident. Hm, likely story. What do you think? Did Hailey really follow @houseofsel by accident, or was she just trying to keep tabs on her husband's ex and got caught?
November 13, 2018: Justin reveals Hailey's nickname
Hailey isn't the only one showing love to her bae on Instagram. Justin just posted another photo of the two of them together.
In the first photo, Justin called Hailey his "little bean" as they cuddle on the same boat seen in Hailey's photos.
In the second photo, Hailey and Justin share a sweet kiss together and he calls her, "hunny buns punkin."
Looks like their love is stronger than ever.

October 31, 2018: Justin and Hailey spend Halloween in church
While most celeb couples spent Halloween dressing up in a fun couples costume, posting pics on the 'gram, and attending celebrity-studded parties, Hailey and Justin had a very different kind of night.
Instead of celebrating the holiday, the couple engaged in what seems to be their very favorite pastime...going to church! The two were spotted heading to services in L.A. looking pretty serious, but not in a spooky, Halloween-y way.
Later, when leaving the church, the two didn't seem any happier. If anything, they looked even more grim.
It's too bad the pair didn't dress up for Halloween, we're sure they would have had the best couples costume. But hey, there's always next year!
October 30, 2018: Justin shows love on Hailey's IG post
Celebs get thirsty too. Justin Bieber proved this when he hopped on Instagram to share his excitement over Hailey Baldwin's newest gig...and the pic that accompanied the announcement.
"Holy crapy this is hot," he commented on the picture, where Hailey announced her new role as the face of Pretty Little Thing's holiday campaign.
Yes, Justin, it is a very nice pic of Hailey. You're a very lucky man.
October 17, 2018: Justin and Hailey confirms their marriage
It's official, Justin and Hailey have finally confirmed that they tied the knot after weeks of speculation. The couple confirmed it to a fan while out at lunch.
"I asked them if they were married and they simultaneously said yes!" says Nona Melkoni to US Weekly. She was one of the fans who saw them on their lunch date on October 16th. "They were both very happy and kind. He told me that she’s his angel. They were super sweet!"
Considering the fact that they were previously calling each other husband and wife, we're not too surprised to hear them officially confirm their marriage. With recent news over Justin's concern for his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, it's nice to hear that this couple is still going strong.
October 3, 2018: Hailey reportedly referred to Justin as her husband
It looks like Justin and Hailey actually took the next step and got married or, at least, it seems like they did, according to their recent trip together. While out at the Stratford Perth Museum, Hailey left an adorable message for her new HUSBAND while visiting the Justin Bieber exhibit.
Rumors of the two tying the knot have been circulating for a while now, but it looks like it's finally official and that the two have been calling each other husband and wife now.
Congrats to the happy couple! Hopefully, we'll see photos of their big wedding ceremony soon.
September 28, 2018: Hailey and Justin spend time in his hometown
They're back! After spending some time together all over Europe, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted back in Ontario, Canada.
They stopped to take some photos with fans while walking around Justin's old hometown.
There's a good chance that the couple might be in town for some big wedding planning. Justin recently bought a house in Ontario, according to TMZ. Justin would like to move back to Canada with Hailey so there's a good chance that a wedding can be taking place there.
Whether it's this weekend or sometime next year is still not clear, but we definitely can't wait for these two to finally say "I do."
September 26, 2018: Justin and Hailey spend time together on a yacht
Everyone say "ciao," because our favorite lovebirds are now in Italy and they are certainly heating things up.
Justin and Hailey were spotted on a yacht in Italy and they couldn't keep their hands off each other. According to Page Six, the two of them were in town for Milan Fashion Week and they clearly had a good time together.
They have been staying pretty quiet during their international getaway, but we're sure they're busy planning their big day that might be coming up sooner than we think.
September 24, 2018: Hailey and Justin explore London together
The two lovebirds can't stop traveling and earlier this week, they made their way to London where they were spotted taking in the sights.
Hailey even shared a cute photo of the two of them in the London Eye, but later on took it down. She put the date as September 18, the same day that Justin serenaded Hailey while she was there for London Fashion Week.
While Hailey hasn't given any reason as to why she took down the photo, it doesn't seem like there is any trouble between the couple as her and Justin were spotted in Switzerland together on September 22.
As the two of them travel the world together, Hailey's cousin Ireland couldn't stop gushing about the couple and revealed that she's not surprised that the two of them are ready for the next step in their relationship.
"It was meant to be a long time ago," she told Entertainment Tonight. "It was just a long time coming, and we’re all like, 'Alright, thank god, let’s move forward.' They’re so in love and they really do a lot of good for each other, and that’s the most important thing for me, that he makes her so happy."
While she didn't confirm or deny the recent conflicting reports that the couple have already tied the knot, she did say that they're just having a great time together.
"I have no idea what their situation is," she said. "I think they’re just taking things slow. They’re just kissing all over the world. They’re just kissing and loving and having fun, and I think people take little details and get too caught up in them, and they’re looking too hard. Just let them kiss!"

September 18, 2018: Justin and Hailey have romantic date nights while she worked at London Fashion Week
Hailey and Justin seem unbothered by the onslaught of marriage rumors. The two are enjoying their time in London together, while Hailey attends various events for London Fashion Week.
Despite being there for work, the couple did take some time to explore the city. They hopped on the London Eye and strolled around to do some sightseeing. At one point, Justin even pulled out his guitar to play a tune for his wife fiancée and dozens of lucky onlookers.
Like any proud girlfriend would, Hailey was standing back recording the whole performance on her phone, though it doesn't seem like she's posted any pics or video of the performance on social media.
September 17, 2018: Justin and Hailey reportedly tie the knot
So, no one is sure whether or not Hailey and Justin got married on September 13. The pair was spotted at a New York City courthouse and sources are saying the two were legally wed, but the next day, Hailey combatted the rumors by tweeting out, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I'm not married yet!" But, then the model deleted the tweet, leaving us all the more confused!
Us Weekly is still reporting they got married, but since it wasn't in front of a priest, Hailey isn't counting it. According to a source, "They got legally married, but she believes marriage between God is the real thing."
Even though Hailey may not be calling herself Mrs. Bieber just yet, it seems like the pair probably is legally husband and wife!
But the question on everyone's minds is: Did they get a prenup?
A prenup is short for a prenuptial agreement. It establishes rights to property in the event of a divorce. Meaning, that if Justin and Hailey don't make it, they will walk away with all the money, homes, etc. that they entered the marriage with.
Since there still hasn't been official confirmation if they've gotten married yet or not, they still have time. According to TMZ, the idea is still on the table and the two of them have even hired lawyers in preparation.
We aren't saying we think Hailey and Justin aren't going to last, but considering the fact that Justin is reportedly worth $265 million, a prenup seems necessary.
September 6, 2018: Hailey and Justin's friend, Kendall Jenner, discusses their rumored engagement
While Hailey and Justin were galavanting around New York for New York Fashion week, their good friend Kendall Jenner made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Unsurprisingly, the topic of the young couple's engagement came up and Jimmy asked Kendall her thoughts on it.
“Whatever makes them happy, I’m happy,” she told Jimmy. “I’ve been friends with both of them for a very long time, so everyone’s happy and it makes me happy. There’s a lot of love going on.”
Aw, it's nice to have the blessing of a close friend! We can't wait to see Kendall and the rest of Hailey's model friends get down at the wedding, whenever that may be.
September 4, 2018: Hailey debuts her engagement ring during a fashion show
Hailey's engagement ring just made its runway debut and it was super hard to miss. During the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show in Shanghai, Hailey walked down the runway in their latest collection while showing off the ring.
Hailey got to open the show, but it doesn't seem like Justin was there for his fiancée's big moment.
Still, we're sure everything is fine between them especially after Hailey's sweet Instagram post that hinted about their engagement.

August 8, 2018: Justin and Hailey were emotional during their stay in NYC
Justin and Hailey have had an interesting couple of days together, including one very emotional day where they were both seen crying in different parts of NYC.
Of course, we all started to wonder if everything was really okay with this couple and it looks like we finally have an answer.
While walking out of Hailey's apartment, Justin greeted fans and talked with paparazzi who were waiting for him, according to TMZ. He revealed that the reason he was crying was because of a book called, The Meaning of Marriage: Facing the Complexities of Commitment with the Wisdom of God by Timothy Keller.
"You got good days and you got bad days," he said while showing off the book. "It's not real if it doesn't have any bad days."
Listen, we've all cried over books before, but it seems like there might be something missing here.
It looks like things are just fine between Justin and Hailey, especially since the next day they were spotted together as Justin got his hair cut.
August 5, 2018: Hailey leaves a flirty caption for Justin on Instagram
Hailey isn't afraid to tell the world how much she loves her beau, especially on Instagram.
Hillsong Pastor Nathan Finochino posted a picture of him and Justin Bieber at the Hillsong conference that took place last week. While Justin can only be slightly seen, Hailey made a joke out of it and commented, "Idk who the boy on the right is but he looks FINE from the back."
July 20, 2018: Justin shares details about his upcoming wedding
Justin was out by himself in Beverly Hills when some paparazzi tried to ask him questions about the upcoming wedding. Justin said there isn't a guest list and that they still don't know where it will be held, although, it seems like he doesn't want to share any information about the big day.
The paparazzi later asked him to address the rumors about Hailey being pregnant and he was not having it.
"What’s your deal, bro? You just seem too like, you just seem too normal to be doing this job," Justin said. "I just don’t understand why you gotta try to get a rise, you know what I’m saying?"
Glad to see Justin standing up for his girl and not trying to start a fight with someone who clearly wants a reaction from him.

July 18, 2018: Hailey and Justin took pics with their fans
The couple just can't get enough of each other and decided to travel to Seattle, Washington together! They were spotted by a couple of fans in the area and even stopped to take photos with them.
Before they hit up Seattle, the couple were seen together in Alpharetta, Georgia.
No word on what they were doing at both locations, but maybe it has to do with their future wedding. At least, we certainly hope so!

July 11, 2018: Justin meets Hailey's family
Meeting the family is a HUGE deal so, of course, Justin took it one step further and decided to take a helicopter to visit Hailey's family in New Windsor, New York.
According to TMZ, the couple traveled 74 miles by helicopter for the big trip. After their recent car trouble, it's not surprising to see Justin splurge a little to make sure the meeting goes according to plan.

July 10, 2018: Justin and Hailey return to NYC (so that Hailey can show off that MASSIVE rock). And as the newly engaged couple enters the city limits, it seems like one person opts to GTFO. A fan spotted her in the town of Fleischmann, New York (a few hours upstate) where she might be shooting a comic zombie movie, The Dead Don't Die. July 8, 2018: Hailey and Justin are reportedly engaged
Hold onto your freakin' wedding veil because it looks like Justin and Hailey just took things to the next level and there's NO turning back.
TMZ reports that the model and "Sorry" singer are engaged! Apparently, two eyewitnesses saw the whole proposal IRL at a resort on Saturday night in the Bahamas.
"They say everyone was at a restaurant on the property doing salsa dancing when Justin's security told everyone to put their phones away, because something special was about to happen," the site says. "They say Justin then proposed in front of everyone."
OMFG.
If you're hoping for some hard evidence that this is in fact A THING, you'll have to wait a little longer. Neither Justin nor Hailey have weighed in on the reports. But, someone did post a very suspicious photo AND caption that might make it seem like something super important just went down for Justin. Bieber's dad Jeremy posted a photo of his baby boy with the caption "@justinbieber proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!"
Jeremy, you're killing us. Proud of what? And the next chapter?! Does it happen to involve something that starts with an "m" and rhymes with carriage? GIVE US A SIGN.
July 4, 2018: Hailey and Justin spend the Fourth of July together
After their big car breakdown, Hailey and Justin finally made it to the beach and we're able to have a relaxing Fourth of July together.
The couple didn't spend the holiday alone. Hailey posted a video with Justine Skye and revealed that Justine bought some fireworks for the special occasion.
July 2, 2018: Justin and Hailey continue their travels together
The couple continue to travel throughout the US and are now in the Hamptons, but their trip didn't exactly go as planned after they ran into some car trouble.
People reported that the couple got stuck at an intersection when their car broke down. The couple had to call a mechanic to move the car, which can cost up to $200,000! The couple seemed stressed out about the whole situation, but we're sure it won't ruin the couple's Fourth of July celebrations.
July 1, 2018: Justin was caught kissing Hailey
TMZ caught Justin giving Hailey a kiss on her forehead (awww!), which means the rumored couple is still going strong! The pictures, which you can see here, were taken in Brooklyn. Their exact location is unclear, but given all the green, think it's safe to say they were hanging in a park again.
June 28, 2018: Justin spends time with Hailey before attending court
Remember that time Justin was spotted making out with Hailey in New York City? Yeah, apparently Justin had somewhere very important to be at that time.
According to TMZ, Justin was ordered to attend a deposition on June 22 for egging his former Calabasas neighbor's home in 2014. Justin reportedly never showed up, but this wouldn't be the first time the singer has skipped out. According to his neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, Justin has missed five scheduled depositions in the past two years.
Jeffrey is claiming the singer's most recent absence was a result of Justin hanging out with Hailey. Jeffrey is so upset that he wants the judge to issue a bench warrant and fine Justin $1,000 each day he's not at the deposition. So. Much. Drama.
June 24, 2018: Justin and Hailey spend time together in Washington state
Justin and Hailey took another trip together and this time they've gone somewhere a little more unexpected. The couple are now in Washington state where they've been seen together at a public hot tub. A fan posted a picture her dad sent her after noticing the couple.
They also visited Churchome for a service and several fans posted videos of them together in the front row.
June 23, 2018: Justin and Hailey make their relationship Instagram official
Looks like Justin and Hailey are taking their relationship to the next level. The couple finally took their relationship to Instagram, which means they're really official now.
Justin posted a video featuring him and Hailey hanging out together. While Hailey has made appearances on his Instagram in the past, she was usually always cut out or just partially seen. Now that she's making a full appearance, it's pretty safe to say that they are officially together.

According to TMZ, Justin and Hailey spent their Saturday MAKING OUT in Brooklyn's Domino Park. Yep, the on-again, off-again exes were spotted kissing as they overlooked New York City's East River. (So cute!) If you're skeptical of this news, don't be because there's video proof.
And their date didn't end there. Later that evening, they made their way to Rockefeller Park and kissed some more.
If you're still not convinced these two might be back together, just check Justin's Instagram account. He didn't tag Hailey in this picture, but that's totally her! Her dress matches with TMZ's video footage.

June 12, 2018: Hailey and Justin board a private jet together
Justin and Hailey were spotted boarding a private jet, leaving Miami. Later that night, Justin and Hailey had dinner at Cecconi's, an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, according to TMZ. As you can see in the video below, Justin and Hailey walked arm in arm until a crowd of people approached them. Hailey quickly entered a waiting car and Justin stayed back to take pictures and chat with fans.
But wait, rewind to the brief moment Hailey put her hand over her face. Notice the diamond ring on her finger? Some people are speculating she's wearing an engagement ring, which if you ask me, is a REALLY big stretch. June 9-11, 2018: Justin and Hailey spend time together during a church conference
Justin and Hailey flew to Miami and attended the VOUS Church Conference, which took place on Saturday and Sunday. During their getaway, they were spotted hanging out by the pool, grabbing dinner at Casa Tua, and dancing at club LIV.
Although they didn't show too much PDA in front of cameras, they were "inseparable the entire weekend," a source told E! News. "Inside the club they were dancing and he had his arm around her many times. They seem very close and comfortable together."
However, the two are reportedly still very single.
"They both have two things in common; they love to party and they love their church organization," another insider said. "They have finally cleared the air and rekindled their friendship, and realized they genuinely have a lot of fun together. Justin and Hailey planned to attend the church organization together and decided to make a fun weekend out of it. They both are single and were very flirty with each other the entire night. May 27, 2018: Hailey explains how she got to know Justin
For the first time in a long time, Hailey opened up about her relationship with Justin in an interview with The Times UK.
"Justin and I were friends for a long time," she said. "I met him when I was really young and he was one of my best friends. Everybody knows that at a certain point in time that turned into something else, but that just happens when you're 18, 19. It was what it was. We went through a long period of time when we weren't friends. We didn't speak for quite some time and there was a lot of weirdness that went on. We've moved past that."

Shortly after news broke that Justin and his on-and-off girlfriend Selena Gomez were taking a break, Justin shared two shirtless pictures of himself on Instagram. Each of them shared a clear view of Justin's tattoos.
Although Selena didn't acknowledge either of the pics, Hailey did and liked one of them. See the evidence, below.
April 14, 2016: Hailey clarifies comments she made about dating other celebrities
In an interview with E! News, Hailey defended the dating remarks she made in Marie Claire's May issue. Some people assumed the comments were made about Justin, but Hailey insisted they were taken "a little bit out of context."
"What I said in Marie Claire about dating is what my view on dating in the industry is in general. It wasn't anything specific. That's an opinion of mine that's never going to change. It is difficult to date anybody at this age, in general, especially in the industry, but it wasn't a specific answer. It was just my general take on it," she said.
April 10, 2016: Hailey opens up about her dating experiences
In Marie Claire's third-annual May Fresh Faces issue, Hailey spoke about dating someone famous, presumably Justin Bieber.
"I don't want attention out of dating somebody. Texts started coming through, crazy phone calls...it's hard to date somebody in this industry," she said. "You have to have really thick skin and be very strong. You have to focus on the person and nothing else."
February 10, 2016: Hailey denies being in a relationship with Justin
E! News met up with Hailey at the 2016 amfAR New York Gala and asked about Justin's recent comments about her in GQ's March issue. "I think it's awesome," she admitted. "It wasn't a surprise to me. I knew it was coming out."
In a follow-up question, Hailey set the record straight about their relationship. "We are not an exclusive couple. He's about to go on tour," she said. "Relationships at this age are already complicated, but I don't really like to talk about it because it's between me and him."
February 10, 2016: Justin confirmed that he loves Hailey
In GQ's March issue, Justin spoke about his relationship with Hailey, saying she's "someone I really love. We spend a lot of time together." As it turns out, Hailey was actually present during a portion of the interview, which took place at a hotel suite.
He also mentioned the possibility of marrying her one day (what?!?!).
"I don’t want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I’m only theirs, only to be hurt in the end. Right now in my life, I don’t want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don’t want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility. I know that in the past I’ve hurt people and said things that I didn’t mean to make them happy in the moment. So now I’m just more so looking at the future, making sure I’m not damaging them. What if Hailey ends up being the girl I’m gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it’s always gonna be damaged. It’s really hard to fix wounds like that. It’s so hard.… I just don’t want to hurt her," he said.
