We ordered the long neck dinosaur in October and didn’t open the box. It didn’t occur to us that we may have received the wrong dinosaur. I opened the box Christmas Eve to wrap it and it isn’t the long neck. It is a dinosaur our son already has and all he wanted was this specific one that did not arrive. We are very upset about this mistake.
