I arrived to help with a traveling client with newborn care. It would be a long stay at hotel. I could concentrate on errors in getting our adjoining rooms mixed up but instead let me say they did everything possible to correct mix up. Great staff and managers who worked hard to get it right, they made you feel they really care.
Suites have a good floor plan, very practical and comfortable. I even liked selection of pillows! Hotel is elegant and a beautiful pool and hot tub area. Fitness room is small but rarely full. The location is great with many shops and cafes and easy walk. A 12 minute walk gets to Publix Grocery, more restaurants and movie theatre.
A very nice hotel for area.

We booked a conference room at the Wyndham in Jupiter to host a small group for a legal deposition. If anyone is familiar with the complexities of a legal depositions than you can only imagine how much trust and confidence must be had with the host location. Megan in the sales department went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything went smooth and our deposition went off without a hitch thanks to her care and dedication to customer service. Megan is a rare find these days and will keep us coming back to the Wyndham in Jupiter every time.

We live very close to the hotel (less than 1/4 mile) and because our community was vulnerable to flooding during Hurricane Nicole, we evacuated to the Wyndham Grand. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating, and the rooms and hotel were luxurious, rooms are huge, and beautifully appointed. The shower pressure was awesome and with a hurricane ranging outside we barely heard a sound in our rooms. They had an abbreviated dinner menu of a buffet which was delicious, and the breakfast was similar. However, if there was ANY need or change to the menu items, the staff were more than happy to accommodate. Love this place and will have all our guests stay here from now on! Thank you!

With slim pickings for water view accommodations in Jupiter, FL we opted for the Wyndham at Harbourside. We paid over $400.00 per night during the off season month of July. The advantage of being less than a mile from a popular Jupiter wedding venue gives this hotel the advantage and ability to overcharge for its small rooms. The stained rug and burnt out bathroom light left me little confidence in the attentiveness of maintenance. The bathroom is no more than 3 feet from the edge of the bed. The privacy level in the one-sink vanity is nil due to the door being a sliding barn door style with gaps every which way. Bring your own toiletries because all that is provided is the pump-dispensed sweet smelling body gel, shampoo, conditioner. The sink boasts one small hotel sized soap and one body lotion for two occupants. They were not replenished during our stay. The king sized bed was dressed with 4 standard sized pillows, all of the same level of firmness. They were too high for my liking, so I slept without a pillow. No choices offered, and no options found in the room closet. The bed was just ok, I’ve slept in better comfort in other hotels. The room was clean. We paid extra $$ for the water view, which was great. Our deck furniture consisted of 2 hard chairs, no table. We used the concrete deck surface to place our coffee and breakfast on. The lobby and outside areas are very nice. There is a decent pool and outside bar. The walkways along the inlet are clean and safe. I will try Jupiter Spa and Resorts next time. And its on the ocean vs the inlet.

$500 for the night! No Valet parking No room service No continental breakfast No restaurant inside
Considering the need for safety and distancing is important. But to go to a hotel with little to no service or amenities is pointless. I paid good money for a room described to have a choice of a fountain view or view of amphitheater. I was given a room with a view of a white tarp which was for some reason covering the amphitheater area. We did arrive early and they did allow us to enter our room early, only the room was not as clean as one who expect considering the low volume of guest entering hotels due to Covid-19. I had to wipe of egg from the coffee table and there was a trail of ants going from the bathroom door to the carpet. Paid $35 for two coffees and 2 omelettes. $3 for a packet of Aleve. If you just want to stay at a mediocre hotel and pay top dollar, this is it.

They give you a set price...Fine. A few days before our visit my husband gets an email, Would you like to upgrade for $18.00 a night with a view of the pool? Yes fine. They gave us Room #5041. The air conditioning made a very large bang noise every time the air came on. Let’s just say sleeping at night was not fun! Let me just add that the hotel was booked so there was no moving us. We try another hotel the next time.

We had a very nice stay in Jupiter at the Wyndham Grand. We have always had good experiences at Wyndham Grand hotels and this one was no exception. Location in Harbourside Place among shops and restaurants is excellent. Points of interest, beaches and additional restaurants are nearby as well. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room with a small balcony overlooking the pool area was large and convenient. There is a very long walking path along the waterfront that we used in the mornings. It passes through a yacht harbor and probably ends near the ocean front, although we never got that far. There is an onsite bar with breakfast service and evening tapas. A Tommy Bahama full service restaurant is connected to the hotel. Parking is across the street in a multi-story garage. Self parking is $16/day, the valet parking is a bit more. Would definitely stay here again when in Jupiter.

The Wyndham Grand was one of our best decisions we made regarding our wedding weekend in Jupiter! Our venue, Trump National, is located just a few miles down the road from the hotel.
We chose to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktail party at the Wyndham’s Ibis room which is setup perfectly to host a great party! The room itself is very modern and looks stunning in the evening with the built in accent lighting. Additionally we made use of their speaker system and 3 ceiling projectors for a short wedding golf tournament prize giving presentation during the cocktail party. The Wyndham Grand offers many dining / drinks package options for rehearsal dinners, we were very happy with our selection! Guests loved the food, the bar was great.
Our guest rooms were contracted water view rooms and all of our guests were thrilled with the view. The rooms were very clean, check-in was effortless and we did not have to deal with any issues. Our wedding party made great use of the pool bar which has an amazing view of the intracoastal water way. It is located a couple floors up giving it a roof top kind of ambiance. The hotel lobby bar stayed open pretty late on our wedding night according to our guests. The location of the hotel is fantastic and sits in a very nice area of Jupiter. There are a couple restaurants below and around the hotel. One of my favorites is the “The Woods" directly across from lobby entrance which is owned by the golfer Tiger Woods. Just down the road about half a mile or so there are many amazing restaurants and bars on the water. Most of them are all within walking distance of each other, we had our farewell brunch at one of them.
Lastly, the staff at the Wyndham were top notch. Special thanks go out to Kathleen ( Manager Group Sales ) who set us up with great rooms and helped make the decision easy after our very first meeting. Megan ( Director of Catering ) went above and beyond in organizing our rehearsal dinner venue, cocktail party, dining options and more! Sandra (Conference Services Manager) did an amazing job with our room block, planning events / schedules and was great with communication. Ramon, did a fantastic job with making sure our rehearsal and cocktail party went to plan. The reception desk staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay.

The hotel is a beautiful, and comfortable place to stay. the staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice. We were there on a group business trip and they were very accommodating to all of us. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to de-stress and enjoy beautiful scenery, and great hospitality.

I want to start this review saying that Sandra, Megan, and Courtney were wonderful and always willing to fulfill our needs. Sandra was always very attentive during the whole event checking that everything was going smooth and the way we wanted it. Chef Raul and his crew made a meal to remember forever, Ramon, Xavier, Eli, all of the team was just wonderful! Was truly a blessing to have them as our wedding staff, everything was just perfect and it was all because of them and the dedication they gave us. Will highly recommend, they will never disappoint. Thank you guys for a wonderful wedding night!

During the summer/off season we offer pool passes at a nominal fee. This program starts as early as May and runs through into early October. Contact the Front Desk for more information. 561-273-6600
Always call in-house reservations. 561-273-6668. In most cases an early check in fee will guarantee you an early arrival time, fees vary. Otherwise we can make a request which will be based on availability. If it is not available we can store your luggage and you are welcome to utilize all the hotel facilities.
