Sharon Osbourne has admitted she was in a lot of pain after getting her fourth facelift this year and mouthed 'help me' to her daughter Kelly after leaving the operating theatre.

Joining the panel of Wednesday's episode of Loose Women, Sharon, 67, also revealed she will not be spending this Christmas with husband Ozzy, 71, for the first time in their relationship.

The former X Factor judge recalled the agony she was in after her surgery in the summer, saying: 'It hurts! When people say it doesn’t hurt, believe me it hurts.

'Kelly told me that when I came out from the operating theatre, I was going, "Help me, help me!" '

The procedure marked a change of heart for Sharon who previously wrote in her 2013 memoir Unbreakable that she was done with surgery.

She said: 'There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether.

'I don't think I'm as bad as some women - like Jocelyn 'Bride of' Wildenstein. But I won't be having any more cosmetic procedures.'

1999 saw Sharon lose over 100 pounds after she underwent gastric bypass surgery.

She also revealed she had spent $120,000 (£91,700) on a facelift, tummy tuck, eye lift, abdominoplasty, liposuction and Botox as well at the time.

Sharon admitted in 2007 that she had spent approximately £300,000 - which at the time equated to about $530,000 on cosmetic surgeries and enhancements.

The TV host has had various tummy tucks, a breast reduction, vaginal cosmetic surgery and got a double mastectomy in 2012 after learning about her risk of developing breast cancer.

Sharon debuted her latest face lift in September on US chat show The Talk which she has co-hosted since 2010.

'It was five weeks today I had my operation and I had my neck done, my jowls gone,' she said, adding that her doctor basically pulled everything to 'the top of her head and put an elastic band' there to secure it in place.

'Everything was just lifted up so it looks more refreshed.' And she was the living proof of the quote 'beauty is pain,' confessing that she was still experiencing 'a little bit of pain' especially under her chin.

'You can't complain when you wanted to do it,' she offered, admitting she brought the discomfort onto herself.

And Sharon sure knew what she was getting into with the surgery being her fourth facelift in her 66 years.

The last time she debuted her 'new face' was back in August 2016 when she returned to the judging panel of UK version of The X-Factor looking remarkably different.

Speaking about her fourth facelift on Loose Women back in May, she said her cosmetic enhancements were just like 'servicing a car.'

'There is a new operation now where they cut you here,' she said, while touching the area between her nose and her top lip.

Under the knife: Speaking about her facelift, Sharon said: 'It hurts. Kelly told me that when I came out from the operating theatre, I was going, "Help me, help me!" '

During Wednesday's Loose Women, Sharon also discussed how she will be spending her first Christmas without Ozzy this year as she and Kelly are in London while he is in Los Angeles.

The TV star is appearing in stage show Nativity! The Musical at the Eventim Apollo while Ozzy recently hurt his spine after a nasty fall and doctors advised him not to fly afterward.

She said: 'He’s going to stay home with Jack and Amy and the grandkids and I’m here with Kelly.'

The Black Sabbath rocker was hospitalised earlier this year after suffering a fall at his LA home, which dislodged the metal rods in his spine that had been put in after a quad-bike accident in 2003 and the tumble also caused his spinal cord to become compressed.

Sharon said: 'It’s the first time – this will be our 40th Christmas – that we’re not together. It’s going to be different. Kelly and I are going out for our Christmas lunch.

'He fell and damaged his spine. It’s kind of been a domino effect, one thing happens then another thing…

'The doctors didn’t want him to get on the plane. And Ozzy I must say is quite nervous about flying all that way.'

Revealing she will spend a lot of the day chatting to Ozzy on FaceTime video calls, she added: 'All day FaceTime, he rings all the time. He's like, "What are you doing now?" '

Sharon told how she and Ozzy have different opinions about Christmas as she loves to spend, spend, spend and treat her family and friends, whereas the Bark at the Moon singer thinks the season is 'over-hyped' and too much about consumerism.

She said: 'I am like Mrs. Christmas. I'll go out with my Christmas list and I'll see something and it's over the budget that I wanted to spend on whoever and I go ahead and do it.

'I'll fill up one credit card and the other and the other and then it's like, "Woah, how am I going to deal with this?" And I have to pay it off, that's what you do.

'It's not the right thing to do but at the time I want to be Mrs. Christmas. Ozzy thinks that Christmas is just over-hyped and that people go into it with the wrong spirit.
