Joseph Baena definitely has his father's genetics.
Joseph Baena looks more and more like his father, even regularly posing in similar ways to how Arnold looked at his peak. Everyone tries to remember that Joseph will be carving his own path, but it is hard to miss the resemblance in their physiques and work ethic.
Oct. 2021- Arnold Schwarzenegger Wishes Son Joseph Baena
a Happy 24th Birthday
"Happy birthday Joseph! I am so proud of you and I love you! You are crushing it in the gym, in your real estate career, and in acting," the proud dad wrote alongside the post. "I know this will be another fantastic year."
October, 2021
Joseph has had a great relationship with his father for years. Arnold shared photos of time spent with his son, including a shot of himself and Joseph sharing a drink together, a picture of the pair bicycling with one another, and one last shot of the father-son duo posing before a mural that depicted Schwarzenegger in his bodybuilding days.

@ScrapHappy Your BIL isn't getting good legal advice. As a long time (retired) legal secretary his attorney can file papers to get a court order to compel her to sign the documents and they can do what's called a "forced sale" which is very common in divorce cases.
He needs a better lawyer.

In the beginning of all of this, he felt guilty because he is the one who left the house. His daughter was already in college and his son is just 2 years behind. He wanted out of the marriage for 18 years but stayed for the kids. He and his lawyer did "draw up papers" in th beginning...I guess like a settlement? He's the one with the really good job and money and his wife wanted him to pay all college expenses for both kids...which he did and then some. He's paid for their cars, insurances, one getting set up in an apartment with everything he'll need. He didn't want to push her in the beginning. Then he did a little but nothing came of it. Then about almost 2 years ago she said she was putting the house up for sale (which he continues to pay and his rent on top of that) but she never did. He doesn't talk about it anymore. His Mom asked once and he told her "don't ask, none of your business." So, we don't ask what's going on anymore. But, I agree, I think his lawyer could help more...Who knows, maybe he's suggested stuff and my BIL just hasn't done it.

I always felt bad for her because she always defended him when accusations of cheating were made. I think she really trusted him.
Glad she's rid of him. Officially.

@Love my grandkids Maybe he's a better man than one needing a better lawyer. People have their own reasons for doing what they do. Or don't do.

@Sooner Anything is possible! Maybe he's happy the way things are I suppose.
