If there's one thing you should know about Joseph Baena, it's that he has been up in the gym working on his fitness, and he likes to show off the results of all that hard work on Instagram.

"Thursdays are for classic poses and classic song," Baena wrote in the caption for a recent Reels video, in which he can be seen striking a series of bodybuilder tableau poses, showing off his jacked arms, muscular back and massive quads while 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)' by ABBA plays in the background.

At several moments while flexing, Baena bears an uncanny resemblance to his dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, back in his competitive bodybuilding heyday when he was winning Mr. Olympia year after year.

The actor, 24, has got his form down, as he frequently puts on an impromptu physique show while working out at Gold's Gym and enjoys recreating some of Schwarzenegger's most iconic Pumping Iron-era poses.

But it's not just flexing that Baena has learned from his dad: he actually studied Schwarzenegger's fitness manual, The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding when he first embarked on his own muscle growth journey.

"My father really inspires me," he told Men's Health in his 2021 cover story. "He kind of created the ideal physique for most people... I was able to acquire a bodybuilding mentality—that I could shape my body however I want."
