ESPN's Jon Gruden has a Chucky doll in his QB Camp office

ESPN NFL analyst Jon Gruden recently sat down with Teddy Bridgewater, one of the top quarterback prospects in this year’s draft, for his latest segment of Gruden’s QB Camp. One eagle-eyed Redditor noticed during the interview that Gruden has a Chucky doll displayed in the corner of the room, eerily watching everything.

Gruden picked up the nickname “Chucky” thanks to his uncanny resemblance to the doll from the classic horror movie Child’s Play, especially when he’s mad.

Back in August, Mike Tirico and ESPN surprised Gruden on air with a Chucky-themed birthday greeting.

We reached out to ESPN, and found that the doll doesn’t actually belong to Gruden — it’s just a prop added by the production team.  Some things are too good to be true.
