In this ever-changing multimedia era, the unveiling of new signature shoes will become a regular social media event. For Adidas and Washington Wizards' point guard John Wall, that social media event happened using the Periscope app on Tuesday as they unveiled the JWall 2 near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C.

Here's video of him showing off the shoe, which he later autographed and left somewhere in the city for a fan to find.

Wall received his first signature shoe from Adidas back in September, when the JWall 1 was released for $115. There isn't a price point for the JWall 2 just quite yet, but they are scheduled to be released once again in the fall.
