John Morrison represented the seller in our purchase of a high-end townhome in Inverness. John failed to appropriately take care to make sure that the seller provided accurate information on the listing. As a result, one premium feature and another significant one that were claimed on the listing were found to be false. In my opinion, John and his staff were negligent in reviewing the accuracy of the listing with the seller. The seller claimed that her HVAC system was “zoned”, which is a premium feature on a home and not typical of the townhomes of the HOA neighborhood. In addition, the seller listed a water softener, but we soon found out that it was not functioning. Anyone who has a water softener system knows when the water softener is not working b/c salt has to be added. John and his staff failed to stress the importance of not embellishing the features of the home and being accurate with this information. The real estate agent in the sale of my home was diligent in stressing the accuracy of the listing and making sure that we explained important features to confirm her understanding. I wished John had been so diligent.

Being out of town buyers we needed local knowledge and an expert on the housing market. John’s expertise fit the bill. His quick understanding of what we were looking for transitioned into only visiting properties that were of prime interest. The responsiveness was amazing and you always got John. Has a keen eye, pointing out less obvious aspects of the property, both positive, along with issues that will require some work. Gave wonderful insight throughout the purchasing process allowing you to make a decision you were comfortable with. The support staff recommended for the closing process were equally as good. Would definitely choose John again.

We had the pleasure to work with John and his team on the sale of our home and highly recommend them. We have bought and sold many homes throughout our lives and have to say John is one of the greats. His whole team were an absolute delight to work with and never a challenge. We especially liked the great communication that was always very timely. John knows the local market in great detail, is a strategic thinker, knows how to work through any challenges which come up and whole team are incredibly professional.
