RECENT WORK INCLUDES

  • A start up looking to raise funds and expand the business. The coaching focused on clarifying strategies, building confidence and quieting negative voices. The business has subsequently doubled it's staff and is looking at further expansion later in the year.

  • Coaching the CEO of a UK media label to redistribute creative responsibilities, freeing him for longer term strategic planning. This leadership work created an environment where he could be challenged and held accountable while nurturing and enabling his staff more fully.

  • A six month coaching programme to help a senior manager deal with his inhibitions, take greater control and, as he called it, 'step it up a notch'. Within six months he had found ease, developed his leadership style and achieved a new role at Director level.

  • A senior retail executive having taken redundancy had no clear vision of what was next for him. Over a number of months we clarified what was most important to him, how he wanted his life to be and what legacy he wished to leave. He is now honouring his values in hospitality, running his first bar.

Before we begin working together we will have a 60 minute introductory call to clarify what you can expect, discuss your goals, answer your questions, and for you to experience a short coaching session. Only, if after this call we both feel that we can work constructively together will a commitment be made.

 

Coaching sessions can be on Zoom, Teams, the phone or in person, whichever you feel will serve you best and fit with your other commitments. We will co-create tasks and enquiries  that are intended to deepen the new awareness gained in sessions and establish positive habits as you move from where you were to where you wish to be.

 

Throughout the coaching progrramme, support is offered between sessions in the form of short check-ins, emails and messaging.

 

My aim is to hold the space where you can safely explore how you wish to be in the world and what factors, both internal and external, are preventing that.
