Description
Deutsch: Die bronzene Brunnenskulptur am Gerlinger Brunnenmarkt mit den verschiedenen, collagenartig verwendeten Elementen wurde 1988 vom Bildhauer Jürgen Goertz geschaffen. Der Brunnen soll an Johann Caspar Schiller, den Vater des Dichters Friedrich Schiller erinnern, der in Gerlingen lebte und an der Gerlinger Petruskirche begraben ist. Beschreibung des Werkes auf der Webseite der Stadt Gerlingen [1].
English: The bronze well sculpture in Gerlingen was created 1988 by the German sculptor Jürgen Goertz in commemoration of Johann Caspar Schiller, the father of the German poet Friedrich Schiller. Johann Caspar Schiller lived in Gerlingen, he is burried at the St. Petrus church in Gerlingen.
