People love to hear a “where are they now story?” In this case of Jim Farmer former NBA Player and Alabama star things have gone very bad. NBC news had more details on the story.
Farmer has been arrested along with 16 others in Tennessee during a sex sting involving minors. In an area just outside of Nashville investigators put out a number of websites that were known for commercial sex.
The arrest was made last Thursday and Jim Farmer was officially charged with trafficking a person for commercial sex. He was released on $75,000 bail and is due back in court November 13th.
Farmer was the 20th pick in the 1987 draft and was taken by the Dallas Mavericks. He played 5 seasons in the NBA playing for the Mavericks, Jazz, Supersonics, Nuggets and 76ers.
