Jeremy Samuel Piven is an American actor, voice actor, and producer. For Disney, he voiced the Nemean Lion in Hercules: The Animated Series, Brain Pod #57 in the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command series, and Harv in the 2006 Disney/Pixar film Cars. He also played Paul Spericki in the 1997 Hollywood Pictures comedy Grosse Pointe Blank.
Early years Piven was born in Manhattan and grew up in Evanston, Illinois. He graduated from Evanston Township High School. He attended various colleges before leaving school to pursue acting full-time.
He has appeared in numerous films such as Judgment Night, The Family Man, RocknRolla, Black Hawk Down, Serendipity, Rush Hour 2, Scary Movie 3, Chasing Liberty, Scooby-Doo! in Where's My Mummy?, and Spy Kids: All the Time in the World. His recognized roles on television are Ari Gold in the comedy series Entourage and Spence Kovak in Ellen DeGeneres' sitcom Ellen. He has also appeared in Rugrats, The Larry Sanders Show, Seinfeld, Chicago Hope, Pride & Joy, Coach, Cupid, Will & Grace, Justice League Unlimited, Mr Selfridge, and Wisdom of the Crowd.
