DreamMore Resort is an absolute DREAM! U will never stay at a friendlier, cleaner, neater, nicer resort! I started looking for a scrap of paper on the floor and couldn't find one. I assumed someone must be walking around 24/7 just to pick up and clean up. When u drive your car up to the front to check in, someone comes to your car, loads your suitcases on a trolley, and will deliver the suitcases to your room as soon as you check in. Valet parking is available, but this is a service offered regardless of whether you have valet parking or not. A parking attendant, Jim Baker, was particularly helpful and also delivered a birthday card to our room for my granddaughter. There's a front and back porch complete with rocking chairs and a flowing creek. So homey and relaxing! As u walk in the lobby u face a huge floor to ceiling window accenting the beautiful Smoky mountain area. There's a stair case in the middle of the window. On each side of the window there are homey sitting areas with a fireplace, couches, and round tables for board games/cards ( there's checker sets on some of the tables) or drinking the free hot cider. It's a great place to hang around with friends/family. The outside landscaping is beautiful and immaculate. The landscaping has several sitting areas centered around firepits to encourage relaxing and chatting. (At night, there are children's bedtime stories and smores at the firepits). Great indoor and outdoor pools. Nice playground. Great children's programs. Special perks are available for near by Dollywood. Our room was a king size bed with bunk beds. Beautiful, immaculate room. I can't say enough about Dreammore Resort and it's very friendly, professional staff and relaxing, homey environment. U would be crazy to go to the beautiful Smoky Mountain area and not stay at Dreammore Resort.

This resort is absolutely beautiful, from the driveway up to the front to the lobby and rooms. The pool is clean and great for kids, with a waterfall and a zero entry area. Plenty of tables, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Our room was very pretty with a view of the fountain out front. It was terribly large, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and there so was the couch. The bathroom was pretty small, and the lighting was not good, but all the fixtures are high-end. The only downside was the person who checked us in. It was our anniversary, and my husband walked back after we checked in to ask her if there was anything special they could do to surprise me. She said no, they were a family resort and didn't do that kind of thing! He just meant flowers or champagne, but she made him feel weird. So if you want anything special, you are on your own! Otherwise, no complaint, would definitely stay here again. The perk of a shuttle to a special entry gate at Dollywood and front-of-line passes was great.

Came down from Michigan to visit family in Knoxville and decided to purchase a Groupon to Dollywood Dream Resort. Such a great idea! The(clean) junior suite had a fantastic, comfortable king size bed with 2 bunks and a pull out sofa that fit all 5 of us easily and was spacious, quiet and conveniently near the elevators. Lots of family activities: pool, crafts, outdoor fire pit with marshmallow kit ($5) and game room. Not a showy, loud hotel but rather a peaceful, family geared place with lots of room/space for quiet conversations. We discovered that some things close early (pool at 9pm & gift shop at 7pm) but they have slide shows of the mountians with a Ranger downstairs and the outdoor "back yard" is lovely to just walk around plus there is a play structure for the kiddos. Love the feel of this place. Would highly reccomend staying during the week when it's quiet like we did.

We had a wonderful stay at the DreamMore Resort. Room with king bed and two twin bunks, great set-up. Also had small refrigerator. Had to walk to other end of hall to get ice, but the exercise was good. To be a new resort the elevators were a bit slow. Look forward to another stay at DreamMore Resort.

We stayed here three nights. The first night we were given a king suite that had a king bed and a small pullout sofa. This was not what I had asked for but they moved us the next morning into a family suite which is what I had booked originally. The place is beautiful but the rooms are a little small for what you pay. Also the indoor heated pool had to be drained while we were there so it was either not open or cold the whole time we were there. The time saver device for Dollywood that is included with your stay is definitely worth the difference in price. Also the shuttle is very convenient!!! I would definitely stay here again. Room 109 was great location to indoor pool and game room and had a pool view.

Thank you for your review. I do apologize that the pool needed a quick repair while you were visiting. We are glad you saw the value in the time saver and complimentary shuttle to both Dollywood parks. We cannot wait to see you on your next visit.
