I dont know about her dress and store but if you have anything for tax refund do not work with her please she will really put you in trouble and then she will laugh on you. She did my tax and now I own $8000 to IRS. Every time she lies when I called her she said yes I will return the money that they charged you or I will fix it and at the sametime I called IRS they explained everything for me and then they said there is noway that we refund you back please please please DO NOT TRUST in LUPE

I had an appointment and was never helped at all. My daughter and son had to help me find the dresses and my daughter helped me with all my fittings. I understand they are in process of changing buildings but would have liked some kind of customer service. It's not like we just walked in. We had an appointment. Also, they had no dressing area. The area where i had to change was in a dark corner and I had to stand on the cold cement. Worse wedding shopping experience ever owner never came to check on us or offer any kind of assistance. I only spoke to her on our way out to ask about payment options.

This is indeed a late review, but I do want to thank the ladies at the shop for helping my guys out with getting our tuxes arranged; there was a sizing issue with 2 of my guys but that got solved fast, too bad one of my it's was being a complete jerkoff to them, but I sorted that out and everyone was happy. My wife was very happy with the dress she got, funny enough her and my mom were next door at the groomer's place and she happened to see it and fell in love with it right away, and with covid happening it out quite a challenge for us to find a new venue which we did with only a few days until the wedding, and just recently we drove past the shop and I didn't see any dresses or tuxedos in the display windows so I don't know what's going on, but my thanks is given for their hard work, not everyone can get the same experience but I can say mine was great!

Worst experience ever. My mom purchased her dress back in September or October of 2019 for my wedding that was suppose to have happened in June of 2020. I called them in May 2020 check on the dress because they never called. Of course the dress was not even completed nore was it close to being completed. They never followed up in regards to the dress we always had to call them. Since she purchased the dress she only had two fittings which was just in the last month. I was finally able to get them finish the dress by lying saying the wedding was in two weeks. I just picked up the dress today when they were thinking the wedding is this Saturday. My mom never had a final fitting to insure the dress fit with the lace up. Just that it should fit once we get the ribbon. She tried to use the pandemic as an excuse and then tried to say they only do alterations as it gets closer to the wedding. Both if which does not make any sense if she didn't know my wedding in June was cancelled until late May. Thank goodness I didn't bring my wedding dress to have it alter here. Who knows how long it would have taken.
