Let me begin by saying "Buyer Beware" do not take your dress here to get altered. If it doesn't fit and it's too tight after alterations you'll be called bloated (because let's get real it possibly couldn't be their fault). Unfortunately for me and might I add one other bridesmaid we got our dresses back too short and too tight. When I first came to pick up my dress and had pointed out that I was not happy about the fit the two girls up front proceeded to stay at their little cashier stand and say nothing. I then mentioned that it needed to be fixed they said nothing and as I was about to walk out they decided to shout you can't leave without paying for the dress alterations... Well I should point out they won't let you leave your item without paying for the alterations beforehand... I stated I already paid and they proceeded to tell me that they have no evidence of payment ( thank god for cards and bank statements) I instantly pulled out my phone and showed her my statement she proceeded to be rude as hell and just said oh ok... So not only was this a jacked up job but they tried to charge me twice... I had asked for compensation which at the time was told that they had to make sure it was ok.... still waiting to hear back from that... If the owner is unaware of the situations going on here they really need to get involved. AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL PEOPLE who clearly could care less....

I have been completely satisfied with every purchase in this boutique! Three years ago I purchased my daughters quinceañera dress. It was gorgeous! More than we expected! Recently we made a Prom dress purchase, and were greatly satisfied with the price! They have beat the rest of the price quotes around town. Did I mention they have a layaway option! Yes! That was a last minute bonus for us. It made it possible to purchase the Prom dress my daughter loved! Great service! Best prices in town!!!

If u want something cheap come here. Not a clean place. Ripped dresses. I feel bad but it's not a good place to buy a dress. It smells in there and dresses were jot clean. To the owner please step it up. U have potential even if they r cheap dresses.

      See what I mean.

If I could, I would give this place negative stars!! We purchased a dress last week thinking we were buying quality at a great price. Not only is the dress stained, we were NOT told it was a SAMPLE dress. Now we are paying $110 to have the dress ALTERED. It's a wedding nightmare. DO NOT shop here! Not worth it.

Shannon went above and beyond to help us with finding the right colored ties to match the suits for our wedding. She also waited for us until after store hours because my fiancé wasn't going to get off work in time. That is the perfect example of what great customer service is. Prices are the best in town too!!

Shannon is the best. She took care of us and gave us good pricing for bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suits. Bridesmaid dresses were customized and the girls look beautiful. Would highly recommend working with Shannon she is very responsive and caring.

No. No no NO. Run the other way.
The stress this place puts on its customers is ridiculous. I was in a recent wedding, and this store managed to lose one of the bridesmaid dresses, tell a bridesmaid she was out of the wedding (?!??!), and harass a bridesmaid about her weight. The dresses, ordered 4 months prior to the wedding, were only available to the wedding part on the WEEK OF THE WEDDING. Cue the rush alterations, which of course, were done at this shop. The alterations on 2/5 dresses were horrid- they had sized down the dresses, but not the boning in between the fabric layers. When you shove that boning in and it is too long... well you get lumps and bumps that cannot be smoothed out.
Please, for the love of all that is good and holy, AVOID this place at all costs.

      Updated review

Ok this is an update to my previous review and unfortunately things have changed a bit. I am shocked because the difference was like night and day! Here is the reality:

I finally was able to get all of my girls together to go in and get measured and order the dresses. I have 10 girls so this was a challenge. Two of my girls had gone in prior just to get measured. However, they came with all of us to actually order the dress. The first issue is when my two girls came in with the style and vendor of the dress because they wanted to try it on, they were told by the employee that they did not have that dress in the store to try on. Well that is BS because when I was there the last time I saw the dress and I know they have it.

Next issue: We arrive there and they cannot find my file anywhere. This was important because written on that paper was all of my girls, the gown, and the discounted price that was agreed upon. Oh and the measurements of the two girls who came in prior. The lady actually had the gall to ask them if they remembered their measurements. Well we eventually found the file that was under what my married name will be and not my maiden name. Um duh!

Next issue: I have all my girls there to order the gowns and the remaining to get measured. I had to fish out the sample gown because nobody who worked there could find it. I should have been getting paid. So I finally get the dress and the girls take turns trying it on. The sample was a size 10. It was falling off some of my girls yet when they were measured the size chart suggested that they order a larger size. Um no way. So I observed my girls being measured and I wanted to die. It was being done all wrong. The do not know where the bust, waist, and hips are located on a women's body. I used to work in bridal and it was there I learned how to properly measure someone. To put this simply it was a huge fiasco trying to get the appropriate sizes ordered. The staff was wanting to go strictly by the size chart even though they can clearly see how the sample fit versus their recommended size. You follow the size chart if you know how to measure someone correctly. This was very embarrassing for me because I had thought this would go smoother and some of my girls were getting frustrated. I finally turned into a bridezilla and told them that my girls are going to order the size they want and that is it. Pissing me off when it comes to my wedding is a bad idea.

Next issue: The damn disorganization with writing down the measurements and the sizes to be ordered for each girl. The write all this down on a plain piece of printer paper. We had to make several corrections and quadruple check that things were done right. I finally breathed fire and demanded the paper and went down the list making sure the right sizes were going to be ordered for each girl. Everything was finally right and we could finally leave and eat some lunch. A hungry bride is a cranky bride.

Next issue: I was told to expect the dresses in early June. After all the BS I confess I was deathly afraid they were going to forget to order the gowns or something was going to go wrong. So I called on the date they were expected to arrive which was June 12. No gowns. They said if they don't arrive by the 23rd to call them again. It was not what they said it was how they said it and all the excuses they were giving me. I was paranoid.

Last issue: One of my girls lives out of state so I told her I would pick up her dress and send it to her so she can have it altered out there if need be. I ran this little errand on Wednesday and thank GOD this will be my last time dealing with them I hope. I came in and the place reeks and it so crowded. I wanted to get in and get out. So I walk up to the front and tell them I am here to pick up a dress and I gave them the name and wedding date. The woman looks at me and says with a snooty attitude, "oh and who are you?" I retorted "um I'm the bride and I am here to pickup my sister's dress. This is the name and this is the wedding date." And she goes," what does the dress look like?" I describe it and then she asks me for the name again because I guess she was deaf the first two times I said it. She goes in the back and brings up the dress without a bag. That means those dresses are hanging back there without a bag. Luckily the dress looked good and was not broken or dirty but they still should be in bags. I ask for a bag and I get one. Then I pay the balance on the dress and I actually had to ask for a receipt which I think is odd. I give you my money, you give me a receipt. That should be a no brainer.

In conclusion, while this place does offer the best price and the friendliest payment terms it comes with alot of frustration. It's up to you to decide if the risk is worth it. They get two stars, one for the price and one because my dresses turned out ok. Good luck y'all. Judging on some of these recent reviews you will need it.

RUN THE OTHER WAY! If I could give negative stars, I would.

This dress had to have provided my friend and her bridesmaids with the worst service I have ever seen. Just a disclosure, this is going to be a lengthy review, our experience was THAT bad.

My friend had bridesmaids all over the state, so this was a nice central location for all of us, not to mention that they quoted her some of the best prices on the dress that she picked for us.

Now I, the matron of honor, will be approximately 8 1/2 months pregnant the day of the event, so we knew there would be some out of the ordinary issues with me and my dress, but we were prepared for that.

What we were NOT prepared for was to be completely ignored during our "appointment" for the initial fittings. We practically had to chase the women down to measure the girls and suggest sizes. Then, in true dress-shop fashion, they recommended all of the girls order sizes that were WAY too big, so that they could get them on the other side with alterations costs. We were too smart for that, and the girls all ordered sizes that they were comfortable with.

Now let's talk about me. I am an exact size 6 pre-pregnancy, and were were choosing a maternity bridesmaid style for my dress, just in the same colors as the girls. We requested that this dress be made with extra length so that it would hit the floor like the other girls dresses. After they measured me, they determined that the correct size to order would be a 16. REALLY?!? Since I had no idea what I would look like towards the end, I figured i didn't have a leg to stand on, so we agreed. I fully expected the dress to be a tent when it arrived and i was right. WAY too big, and strangely short. When we asked about the length, we discovered they had not requested the extra length even though it was written down on the ticket and HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW!

They also duped one of the other bridesmaids into shelling out an extra $29 because they ordered "plus size" for her, which was never disclosed at the time of sale. When we questioned it, they just replied that it's there policy and that there is a sign on the counter. When we asked where this sign was, they looked at the counter only to see no sign. Their response? Oh, well it must have fallen.

Clearly attention to detail is not their specialty. They apologized and said that they would order new fabric and make the bottom portion of the dress at the correct length free of charge. Ok, fine.

we asked that they call when they received the fabric so that i could come in and we could make the dress the correct length. They promised they would. This never happened. The bride had to call and see if the fabric was in, and then they refused to let me come in to get the length measure, they said that they will just make it standard length. Again, ok, fine. We told them the day that we would come to pick it up, and they said no problem it will be ready.

Um, nope. we drove to modesto on a Saturday to get this dress, only to be told it wasn't finished. in fact, it hadn't been touched. we were beyond irritated at this point and asked what we could do since I had an appointment with a real tailor the next tuesday. they basically weren't willing to do anything since their alterations person had gone home for the day, and supposedly taken the fabric with her (bullshit). We asked them to then please measure me for length, since then that would at least be correct. They measured me with tall shoes on at a length of 51 inches.

so we were only left with the option of having my poor friend drive back to this damn store on the following Monday to pick up the dress that they now rushed to fix. She picked it up and asked them to show her how long the length measured out. No surprises here, it was 53 inches. thank goodness i am not trusting them to fix the rest of this dress. I am so glad to never see these women again.

PLEASE don't use this shop, you will be left with nothing but stress and frustration!
