The Jason Show - Live Audience Sign-Up

The Jason Show tapes live at 10AM, Monday through Friday. Occasionally things pop up that requires us to cancel an audience date. In those cases an email will be sent letting you know of the cancellation. Of course The Jason Show will be happy to reschedule for another show date.

All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required.

We attempt to make The Jason Show accessible to all and will honor requests to accommodate disabilities and special needs whenever possible. Requests can be responded to most effectively if received as far in advance of the Show as possible, preferably at least two weeks in advance.

While it is a rare occurrence, please be aware that the live taping of The Jason Show may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any such cancellation, we will make every effort to notify all confirmed audience members as promptly as possible.

Please understand that, while we regret any inconvenience this may cause, no compensation will be provided for any cancellation.

Update to audience members already signed up.

Jason is scheduled to be out on Friday, April 5. Kendall Mark will be hosting along with a guest host for that day. There is no LIVE audience planned for that day.

Jason is scheduled to be on vacation 8/5 - 8/16. Birthdays within these dates will be honored earlier in August or in September.

Jason will be at the MN State Fair August 22 - August 30. Seats are first come, first serve at the FOX 9 booth.

The Jason Show is planning for their Halloween Show on Friday, October 25 at Serum's Good Time Emporium, located at 213 Jackson St, Anoka, MN 55303. Seats are first come, first serve.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you or any of the people in your party are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite as soon as you are able. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill those spots in the audience.

Feeling sick? If you feel unwell or have the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, please stay home. We’d be happy to reschedule you back into our audience at a future date.

1. Studio Location

The Jason Show studio is located in the KMSP/WFTC Broadcast Center:

11358 Viking Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

NEW! As of Mon 11/13/23: Gated parking lot opens at 8:45AM. Please follow the signs for “Visitor” Parking. If you need a handicapped spot, please follow through the visitor parking lot and drive-up front to the designated handicapped spots. Do not go through the Employee/Delivery gates please.

2. What to Expect When You Arrive:

Please do NOT arrive prior to 8:45am. There’s plenty of coffee shops around the area and the Eden Prairie Mall around the corner.

8:45AM:

Gated parking lot open to The Jason Show Audience. Please follow the signs for visitor parking. See below picture for details. Main Visitor Entrance Doors do not open until 9:00AM.

9:00AM-9:30AM:

Main Visitor Entrance Doors Open at 9:00am.

• Check in at the guard desk and bring your EventBrite ticket
• Please bring and show a valid photo ID. All audience members must be 18 years of age or older.
• There is also a security screening (metal detection process).

After 2/1/24: If you signed up for The Jason Show Birthday club, you must bring in your Eventbrite ticket with a confirmed registration. Unregistered birthdays will not receive items from The Jason Show Birthday Club. Please see instructions on The Jason Show Birthday Club below.

Please note, requests for birthday shout-outs are no longer accepted based on the timing of the show.

• We understand there are traffic delays, so please plan your travel accordingly. Ensure there’s enough time for you to arrive at the station with all the required validations.

9:30AM-9:45AM: An Audience Coordinator will greet you and escort you to the studio.

10:00AM-11:00AM: Get ready for fun…you will be part of the LIVE studio audience of THE JASON SHOW!

3. Dress to Impress!

Solid, bright colors photograph best. Also note that the studio is usually kept at a cooler temperature so please bring a sweater or dress in layers.

Guideline for our dress code:

• Clothing attire must not contain any cuss words, profanity, or derogatory language.

• Clothing attire must not include any slurs or phrases that discriminate against others based on their sex, age, sexual orientation, race, or sexual identity.

• Attire should be respectful and considerate of all individuals present, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.

• The Jason Show reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person from the premises if their attire violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate by The Jason Show staff.

4. Accommodations

• FOX 9 does have several handicap accessible spaces.
• While we can provide restrooms, please use the facilities before you arrive.
• Please note the studio is housed in an office building with regular business hours so please respect the FOX 9 employees who are working.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
• All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required

5. Studio Policy

Cell phones are permitted but must be turned on silent during the live show.

Recording devices, digital equipment, backpacks, guns and sharp objects of any kind are not permitted inside the building.

Please do not bring any valuables with you to the station there is no secure storage area available.

6. Disclaimer

KMSP FOX 9 cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

No smoking indoors or outside near the building doors. If you must smoke, please smoke in your vehicle.

The Jason Show Birthday Club Details

• Sign up to celebrate your birthday on The Jason Show! With the add-on ticket. You must register for a ticketed seat and a birthday club seat.

• Maximum 5 birthdays per day and are honored first come, first serve.

• Receive a Jason Birthday Pin, Sash and up to $20 in Grand Play from Grand Casino.

• $10 Grand Play Voucher will be rewarded. An additional $10 in Grand Play will be awarded after downloading and connecting your Grand Rewards card in the Grand Casino App. To claim the additional $10 in Grand Play, follow the prompts within the Grand Casino app to claim. Visit the Grand Rewards desk for more information.

• Birthdays must be two (2) days before or two (2) days after your birthday. Security will verify that your birthday is within the 5-day window. Example your birthday is on 2/1, we would honor your birthday from 1/30 – 2/3.

• The only exception will be made if Jason is out on vacation the week of your birthday, we will honor your birthday within the same month. This does not count for birthdays in January 2024. Birthdays in January will be celebrated in January 2025.

• You MUST register for these limited items 48 hours in advanced.

• IDs will be checked.

Guidelines on how to register for The Jason Show Birthday Club pt1

Select the date you want to attend The Jason Show on Eventbrite.

Once you click on the “Tickets” button, you will then need to select your tickets and “add-on” the Birthday Show tickets. Here’s a screenshot of how it should look:

If The Jason Show Birthday Club is Sold-Out, you will need to sign up for another day within the 5-day birthday window.

The 5-day birthday window is two (2) days before and two (2) days after your birthdate. Hypothetically, if your birthday is on March 13, you’re eligible for The Jason Show Birthday Club from March 11 – 15.

Eventbrite Ticket Group Info

Thank you for your interest in The Jason Show! You can search for the best date your group by visiting the Eventbrite link here = https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-jason-show-live-audience-sign-up-tickets-420682100487

By utilizing the Eventbrite link, it most accurately lists all the dates and quantities of tickets available.

You should be able to reserve up to 50 tickets (as long as there is availability) If you’re unable to reserve the number of tickets you need, then it means that day is sold out. i.e. you need 20 tickets, but are only able to reserve 15 tickets, there is not enough availability for the 5 additional tickets for that particular day.

If you do not know all the names in your group yet, that’s ok, please email TheJason.Show@fox.com the complete list of names two business days prior the day you are attending.
