Tessa Thompson and Janelle Monáe may or may not be dating, but they definitely share the same sense of style.

The “Thor Ragnarok” star, 35, stepped out at the Sundance Film Festival on Monday wearing a black Wolford “Colorado” bodysuit ($260) and an interesting pair of jeans.

Thompson’s wide-leg Solace London jeans ($335) feature a billowing ruffle down one side reminiscent of the “vagina pants” Monáe wore in her “Pynk” music video — and which Thompson is seen crawling through at one point.

Monáe’s original pink pants were created by designer Duran Lantink after director Emma Westenberg requested a selection of costume ideas “with a vagina look and feel,” according to Dazed.

The labial design proved so popular that Monáe later said she’s considering mass producing and selling them. “I’m trying,” she told People back in May. “I’m so tickled and honored that people are talking about the ‘Pynk’ pants, I think that it’s so cool to have discussions around women’s issues and women’s bodies, I think it’s amazing.”

Perhaps Monáe is still working on a frilly prototype; in the meantime, Thompson’s toughened-up version hits the spot.
